SPD and SPD-related disorders SL Clips
I have a Giant bike, and these work with my SPD pedals; all I needed to do was buy the SPD cleats. So, depending on the type of pedals you have, you'll need to buy the system's cleats.
I've never owned a pair of cycling shoes before, so I can't make a comparison. They're comfortable, but you'll have to get used to where you put your feet on the pedals.

I purchased these for my peloton and they are fantastic. This will not work on the peloton unless you purchase a separate set of delta clips. They do have a tendency to be a little on the small side. I usually wear a size 9, but it's still too small for me, so I'd suggest going up a half or full size. br>br>I can't figure out how to remove the spd 2 sliders because they slide around and make a lot of noise because I installed the delta clips on the shoes. br>br>Edit: I came up with a way to fix the spd 2 sliders. I removed the delta clips and inserted one of the black bolts from the spd 2 system into one of the four holes until it was flush, securing the spd 2 system. Then I added the delta clip to the top, and the shoe now makes no noise when I wear it.
The colors of the shoes are far too dissimilar. They also change color when exposed to the sun. I wasn't aware of this when I placed my order, but it's something I enjoy.
This product is not suitable for MTB or gravel riding. Only for roadies who are used to walking with their clips would I recommend this. The quality of the material appears to be a notch below that of well-known brands, and the shoes deform when tightened. for 69, however They could last half as long for 99 dollars, allowing you to purchase two or three sets. For beginner to intermediate roadies as well as indoor use, this is a good buy. I couldn't get away from my crank arms to make the adjustment I needed.
not bad! I have a number of pairs of high-end cycling shoes (Fizik, Giro, Lake, and so on). I wanted a cheap shoe to wear on short rides to save my "good" shoes from wear and tear. So I bought these and went for a short (25 mile) ride with them, and I'm impressed with them for the price; they're noticeably lighter than my name brand shoes with ratchet style straps. These have a BOA-style system that isn't quite as precise as genuine BOAs, but it's not bad. One disadvantage is that it is a one-way system. You must release it and begin again if you need to loosen it. Apart from that, the only drawback I've noticed is that they aren't as stiff as my other shoes. If you're racing or chasing KOMs, these aren't the shoes for you. These, on the other hand, would be ideal for a casual rider or a new rider who wants to try clipless for the first time. I ordered these in the same size as my other shoes in terms of sizing. They fit OK, but may be slightly on the small side, and some reviewers who used the two-bolt cleat system reported durability issues, so I wouldn't trust them with a two-bolt cleat based on how flexy the sole is. With a three-bolt cleat, how long will they last? Only time will tell, but for the price I paid, I'll be happy with them if I get a couple of years out of them.
As expected, the fit was perfect. With the use of boas, it is possible to customize the fit. Lightweight as a feather - size 8. The 5 weighs 254 grams per shoe. I almost spent $425 on a pair of high heels that weigh 270 grams per shoe and don't look half as good as these! br>br>I'm sure they'll wear out faster than the high-end shoes, but at this price, my wife agreed to let me buy a pair for each bike. br>br>They also perform well. On Zwift, effective power transfer during sprints at 800 watts.
Because these runs are so small, I can't comment on how well they performed. I usually wear a size 8 shoe. Because the 5 was a women's size, I ordered the 7, which is a men's size. My toes are pressed up against the edge of the table. I've placed an order for an 8, but I'm not sure if I should get it now.
I'm a size 8 1/2 woman who ordered a 40 and it fits perfectly. My feet are neither narrow nor wide; they are simply normal. They don't squeeze my foot as tightly as a soccer shoe would. It's also a fun color.
My husband wanted to join our peloton, but I didn't want to spend too much money on shoes before I knew if he'd enjoy it. The shoes perform admirably and provide him with a great deal of comfort. He recommended going down a half size for the best fit, but they're fine for his needs and I think they'll last him a long time.
