41/42.
If you use the corresponding pedals on your road bike, you can use them as road shoes. Actual road bike shoes are stiffer, which some road cyclists prefer, but unless you're a serious road cyclist, you won't notice any difference in performance.
Size 42 with a spd of: 368g
That is something I have never heard of before.

COVID-related issues arose in March. I had some reservations about the zip line closure, but was assured that it would hold up and would not cause any problems. When the gym reopened in June, I resumed wearing them. They've already been broken, to be sure! The zip tie has already come undone. This shoe was also recommended to me because I have a wide foot. They're not even close to being the same size! These are, in my opinion, grossly overpriced for the quality they provide. This is a shoe that you should not buy.
Excellent platfom on a solid pair of shoes. The boa system is one of my favorites. On one of the feet, there are two "hot spots. " One spot is resolved when I put the shoe on and twist my foot around a little to "settle" it in the shoe. The other is due to the stitching that holds the tongue of the shoe in place, so I have to wear the shoe with the tongue slightly off center. These have been good shoes for technical terrain in general. Despite the initial hot spots, the shoes are essentially "set and forget" once I get going, providing solid power transfer, comfort, and control.
I own 10. I had hoped to replace 5 (45) Shimano shoes with these in size 10. Unfortunately, these are sized one size smaller than the 5, making them a size 10. In reality, the number 5 is a 44. I'm sending them back in exchange for a size 11 (which is actually a 45). Be aware that this shoe is VERY NARROW. I have narrow feet, so it shouldn't be an issue for me, but if your feet are average or wide, these will be too narrow for you. For riding, I prefer a well-fitting (narrow) shoe because it wraps around my foot and reduces friction, which reduces the risk of blisters. Another issue with these shows is that the top wire/cable tends to cut off circulation to the foot of the shoe if it is not properly tightened. The tongue has very little padding, and the top wire digs into the foot. As a result, I rate these shoes three out of five stars. Aside from that, they are well-ventilated and fit.
This is a fantastic pair of bike shoes. Because I use SPD pedals on both my road and mountain bikes, I use them for both. I ordered a size 45 and usually wear a size 10 and they are slightly too small for me. 5 US, so they're a little on the small side, but the 45s are perfect for me. The sole is stiff enough that I don't notice any flex, and there is sufficient ventilation to keep my feet cool. I think the blue looks great and complements my bike's blue theme. I found this exact shoe in all black with high visibility yellow logos and a boa dial for a third of the price of these at an online retailer, so I bought them as a backup pair. The shoe is comfortable, and the tightening system works well. They are relatively light and provide adequate ventilation. I've been on a few rides with these shoes and they're fantastic. Very comfortable and worth a look if you're in the market for a new pair of riding shoes!.
There are a few things you should be aware of regarding them. To begin with, they aren't built to last. If you're a rough rider and scrape your shoe against boulders or trees, you won't get the same level of protection as you would with other shoes. Two, cleats are a must if you plan on hiking through some rough terrain. Without them, the shoes appear to be missing a section. They should include the cleats, in my opinion. Depending on where you purchase them, the cleats will cost around $15.
I first used them on a 120-mile gravel ride, and I didn't even realize I was wearing them because I normally ride in road bike shoes with cleats. It's amazing that I didn't notice anything about these. I had no abnormal rubbing or blisters because of the excellent fit. br>br>I was planning on getting a pair of MTB Fiziks, but these were a lot less expensive and work just as well.
Several hundred miles without a hitch. In the larger sizes, the fit is a little wonky. Where a 47 would normally fit, I went with a 48. The 48 is a little too long, but I'll be able to secure it with some cable ties. Even on long days in the saddle, it's easy to stay comfortable. In the mud, it's a good offroad. It's not as stiff as a dedicated road shoe, but it's a lot better if you're going to be portaging.
Overall, this is a fantastic shoe. It is well ventilated during the summer. The sole is stiff enough to allow for efficient energy transfer while also being supportive enough to avoid pressure points. So far, the grip and durability have been excellent. I was skeptical of the boa system at first, but it does appear to be more supportive than a three-part system. system of straps br>br>During the winter, ventilation is a concern. I'm still on the lookout for the perfect way to keep the heat out. My toes are still a little numb below 40 degrees, even with wool socks and a neoprene shoe cover.
