15/15 is my recommendation. I'm also a US shoe size 14M, and I ordered a 14, but it's too small for me.

These bike shoes are very appealing to me. These shoes are perfect for my wide feet. I went for a 7-mile test ride after transferring my cleats and adjusting the release, and I couldn't be happier. I'll buy them again if the price stays the same.
These are incredibly durable and comfortable to wear. Only a few tens have been completed so far. So far, I've done 20 mile rides, and they've been fantastic. I think I need to re-adjust my cleat because it still clicks on the pavement every now and then, but you can't hear or feel it most of the time. The bike fitting is coming up in a few days, so I'm excited to get it dialed in.
These shoes are made of cheap materials! The bracket that holds the screws that attach the cleat strip is flimsy, partly due to the female thread's short length and partly due to its cheap metal construction. When I was on the spinning bike at the gym today, my left cleat broke. It's the first time I've ever broken a Cleat! For many years, I've been a road and spin class biker, and I've owned a variety of road and mountain biking shoes. I've never seen such shoddy building work before. I recommend staying away from these brands in favor of more well-known ones. It's too late to return these, so I'll do the best I can with new cleats and LocTite to salvage them.
I'm locked and loaded on my new ride, thanks to these shoes and my Crank Bros cleats.
However, because I wear the largest size, they are subjected to a fair amount of normal wear and tear while riding. These have been in my possession for over four months and are still in excellent condition and fully functional.
These shoes appeal to me greatly.
During my rides, I wore these shoes a few times. Easy to put on, true to size; however, regular pedals are not recommended; cleats are recommended.
The rest of the body is in great shape and performs admirably. My old cleats were a perfect fit. It's difficult to get a hold of the velcro straps and undo them when they're brand new. Setting the cleats properly takes some time, as it does with any bike shoe.
