Is there a derailleur guard on the bike?

It does not have a status bar.

According to the product images, this appears not to be the "pro" version of the product. Am I right?

The order was made in error and returned. I apologize for the confusion. There is no bag like this for professionals

Do you know if this will fit on ?

According to the description, it will fit mountain bikes This isn't an exception to the rule, as far as I can tell

Do you think you can install this in a vehicle?

Your trunk or back seat will be able to hold it if you have a big one. The total length and height of the machine are about 130 cm and 80 cm respectively. If you want to fit it in a trunk, you would need one that is big.

A 70-mile ride in Los Cabos for a bike ride took place with my bike by plane. Race 3 of the world series. very nervous about taking my bike on the plane, but a lot of the people in my club told me IT was the case they chose to take, so I trusted them and did Overall, I am happy with how it worked out. In the future, I may even use this for shorter car trips to races instead of throwing my bike in the trunk or hanging from the back of the It was minimal, but adequate, that the instructions were given. The following images do not contain any Open the case (and not knowing what these are) and you are shocked to learn just how minimally it comprises the rest of the case. While there aren't a lot of options for locking down your bike, you can find a number of videos online on how to pack this ride. Some worked, others The inside of the box contains 2 compartments where I stored the quick-release and the Outside compartments make it easy for wheels to store, except if you spend a lot of money on wheels you probably want and/or need a separate case for them. I have watched a YouTube instructional video that said you need the version that comes with the stand to fit a TT bike. I have an older Trek Speed Concept. It fits fine. I did not need the version that comes with the stand. It might be nice to have Yes, that is fine, but you do not The case comes with plenty of straps, but if you're like me, you won't use all of them, so it'll still help keep your bike secure. You can push the fork into place and the rest of the parts almost just fall into place. There was a feeling of tightness and security throughout. Besides wrapping everything in bubble wrap, I also put old towels around the edges, and repented of any sins I had committed in the past. I found it to be a good choice. The importance of this can't be overstated When it comes to this, you are at the mercy of airport workers. There is only so much that can be done with the case. It's a good idea to be I have no doubt they're doing the right thing. I was surprised to find out everyone at the airport knew I was carrying a bike bag. There may be a special procedure for securing oversized items. It's a fact that Insurance is a good idea. On landing in Mexico, I spotted the bike in a corner of baggage claim, by the side of the road. My heart almost stopped -- Although this may not always be the case, it at least puts you in a position to feel like you've done all you could to protect your investment. Notes on a couple of other matters During my flight, Delta/AeroMexico charged me about 130 for the bag one way. The charges from United were either not charged by them at all, or they were substantially reduced. There is no way I can recall. Delta did not charge for bikes when I thought they did, but they said they did not count because Aeromexico was responsible for "operating" them. The following information is provided by Weight The total weight was around 40 pounds both ways. I think I also threw in some sweatpants. I packed some pedals, my carbon bike, towels, tools, and some tools. This case is made of shell A hardshell case won't weigh a lot, so you won't have to pay a lot for its weight. A bag wheel is the wheel that handles the bags of a bag. While I was at an airport, one of my wheels came out of its socket. Once I had the Allen wrench in place, it was easy to handle the rest of the process. A handle consists of There's a lot of this guy. The best way to carry the thing behind you is to tilt it and carry it from the BOTTOM handle. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that. In TLDR,

Though it works well, there's no way to predict whether an "Act of God" will damage your bike during transportation.

This bag is awesome
5/5

I considered this to be the best purchase of my life. Those of you who ride a mountain bike will know that this is the right Honestly, I have never seen someone so gracefully hold a bike. As a matter of fact, when I pack my Scott Scale in it, I can get below 50 pounds, and the airlines don't charge me. I have packed these bags on my other bike, a Yeti SB130, on five trips and never had an issue (you see people take off their discs & derailleurs when packing these bags). I like the fact that it's made smartly and is.

Don't let your loved ones down by failing to protect what you cherish. You won't find a regular bag cover here. Knowing this is one of the better ways of protecting your ride is worth every dime.

Quality control and customer service were lacking
3/5

I purchased two bags and one of them was missing the frame pad. When I emailed Evoc to point this out, they failed to respond, let alone tell me where I can find.

There was a problem with the wheel
3/5

Using it for the first time resulted in the wheel falling off. As a result, the nut holding the bolt in place must have fallen out unless the bolt was not properly tightened A hat was worn by the other side. As a result, the bag is no longer usable.
