Segway Ninebot Electric Kick Scooter, E22, E45 with External Battery, Upgraded Motor Power, 9-inch Dual Density Tires

It was easy to remove the handle bar and attach the bike once it was out of the box. It didn't work after installing the application, updating the firmware, and re-connecting the Bluetooth. The first indication that the item would be returned was that. This was a great experience. I rode it in my apartment and it appeared fine. The first time I used it, the speed was off. I immediately noticed this after putting it outside for a ride. According to the map, I was going 27 miles per hour, which is impossible because the maximum speed is 15 miles per hour. There was only about 10 mph in my car. I got in the car, locked the doors and then it braked on me a few times, which was super scary, because I had no idea how it would happen and fortunately I was going slowly so I could My opinion is that I had hoped to like this, but it seems that I received a defective scooter and experienced what other people reported in regards to the Es2 and Es4. My initial assumption was that the E22 would not have this problem, The fact that it is defective right out of the box is an absolute no-no in my books. This is what we bought the kids for their When I first opened the package, I was disappointed Power and speed were much lower than Once that was out of the way, we updated the firmware through Bluetooth. I am amazed! I can't imagine how things would be if we had full speed and full power. I think this is a definite 0- If you do not update the firmware, the device will not be "tuned" out of the box. On a trip with my family, we took it on this bike and all the adults and kids enjoyed it, even the 230# uncle went up and down hills with no problem. Our only hiccup was that one of my kids was using the lock feature, but the bluetooth turned off as soon as he did. We were unable to access it now. However, the charger did not work after plugging it in. As a matter of habit, I took off the handlebars and disconnected the head unit connector (the same one you need to connect during assembly), and that cleared things up! This means we are no longer using the lock. As well as docking it one start due to Overall, I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

It seems Segway Ninebot sent my customer return without any inspection straight to my door. It's shipped in a resealed box that does not include the assembly manual. Breaking one of the brake wires and a lot of scratches on the unit! This brand is terrible! I advise you not to buy anything from them!.

I like this a lot. Even so, it has three speeds which may make it seem slower than it is. Three types of sport exist normal, sports, and red sports. My understanding is that 12 mph is exceeding the maximum speed for a standard sport. If you use the red sport mode, then it speeds up. It's hard to say what the speed was exactly, but I was able to keep up with my friends of the same style that can go 40 miles on a charge that goes Aside from the break, there is no downside. In reality, the electric brake doesn't actually stop you, it just kind of slows you down, which is handy on a hill since you don't want to go too fast. You must step on the rear fender to stop the rear wheel manually if you want to stop fast.

This is scooter A glance at the box clearly revealed that it was not new and it had been opened several times, as it was covered in cut-off areas where shipping labels and tape had been removed. There was a customer's return form inside, and it was missing parts and As a replacement, Amazon sent another box. I have a scooter #2, but the scooter itself seems to be fine as long as the throttle and brake work. I assume this is due to me not being able to register an account. I guess an app would be fair, but no matter how many times I try it or what I send as the verification code, it will only give me errors about it being incorrect.

I tried registering through Facebook, The verification codes are different for each email address, and I tried 15 of them. All my attempts to restart my device and delete the app came up empty. You can save yourself time and effort by skipping it. Segway seemed like a more attractive brand to get compared to a random off brand one, but clearly it is.
