This bike was purchased for my wife, and it arrived the same day, with me setting it up and taking a test ride. It moves quickly, so keep an eye on it. This bike frame is sturdy and would be a good buy if it weren't for a couple of safety concerns:br>1. (Security) The front hub-to-tyre connector is too thin to keep the weight in place. (See the second and third photos for my other bike hub, which is much safer. )
2. Furthermore, on a straight road, it does not exceed 18 mph (slow).
3. My 250w e-bike can be seen in the first photo. Cliensy bike with digital control and lights (f) b), the cost of reflectors, a horn, and a USB port was nearly $700. All of that was missing from this seller's Ecotric 350watt, which only included a basket and back carrier. which has a price tag of more than $720.
4. The tyres' splashes and particles flying into your eyes are not protected by the cheap plastic fenders.
5. I'm not sure why, but the motor did a start-stop thing for a while. 6. br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> Finally, the Ecotric battery gave me 4 miles of complete riding today before the battery lights went out. My Cliensy lasted 12 miles before running out of battery, and that includes climbing small hills. br>br>After discussing the possibility of returning it with customer service, they asked me to sell it for them instead of returning it. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. br>Conclusions: Save yourself the trouble and check the seller's return policy before purchasing, as you will be responsible for the cost of returning this item. I'll be contacting Amazon tomorrow because this bike isn't safe, and the seller isn't professional, and I'm not going to pay to ship a dangerous, defective product. I wrote this today, 5/22/21, after 30 days of emails to c/s. br>You are the one who makes the final decision.

The bike is quick and comfortable, and the basket is a nice addition. A Beach Cruiser bike's rear view mirror and seat, as well as a cell phone holder, were added. It's simple to put on and take off. Bike of excellent quality!.

This bike is on the low-priced end of the spectrum. In terms of e-commerce, the price of e-commerce is coming to an end. bicycles it shows. Steel is used for the metal parts. are quite substantial. Plastic is used for the fenders. The tires aren't wide enough. The front brake is a bit shaky. needs to be adjusted frequently. The ability to influence others There are only three options for assist, with medium being the default (shouldn't it be low?). With seven different speeds and gears to choose from, there's something for everyone. If you don't want to use the power assist, you can turn it off. You have a standard seven-speed bicycle, which is a flaw in almost every electric bicycle. Bikes are designed with people of average height in mind. I can ride comfortably at 5' 2", but starting and dismounting is a little awkward; if you are of average height, I would recommend purchasing a different brand; the one my husband purchased is better. in a similar price range.

The bike performs admirably, and the battery appears to be in excellent condition. So far, the controls have proven to be quite effective. It's difficult to tighten, and the basket isn't very spacious. It's difficult to make it work. On my second ride, however, I hit a very small bump and there is NO SHOCK ABSORPTION. It felt like someone had slammed a hammer into my tailbone. I wasn't expecting that because the seat was comfortable to sit on. Because I can't sit down without excruciating pain, I've been lying on my side for the past week. It's a bad bruise, but it's not broken. So - If you buy this bike, make sure you get a spring seat and a spring pole; I don't see why a company wouldn't consider this before selling it. I'd give it a three star rating if it weren't for that. So far, I've only counted four.

br>br>The fenders are extremely flimsy and easily collide with the tire. br>Because this ebike does not come with one, I added a light and horn. br>I also added a suspension seat post, which makes this bike a dream to ride (I have hip and back issues). br>br>My bike arrived with a damaged cable from transit, which I contacted the seller about and had replaced at no cost to me by my local bike shop. Excellent service to customers.

br>I'm so glad I took the chance! br>br>After contacting customer service about damage to the bike's front wheel that appeared to have occurred during shipping, they recommended that I take it to my local bike shop for repairs and that they would reimburse me for the full cost of any necessary repairs. It was simple, quick, and thorough to communicate. They went above and beyond my expectations, in my opinion. br>br>While the written assembly instructions are a little lacking and could use some work, I had no trouble figuring out how to put it together. I'm thrilled to say that after owning this bike for a few weeks, it's been nothing but a pleasure, and I completely underestimated how much I'd enjoy it. br>br>The throttle is excellent for navigating downtown traffic, and the various levels of pedal assist are excellent for cruising. Going uphill is a breeze, and I could spend all day on this thing. Overall, I don't believe there is a better ebike at this price point, and I would enthusiastically recommend this bike and seller to anyone.
