Riding this bike is a lot of fun, and the pedal assist motor makes it a breeze to get around. I took this bike off the beaten path on a bike trail and it performed admirably. I have a 30" inseam and can just clear the bottom part of the frame to stand. I plan on riding this bike to work when the weather warms up, but I have already ridden it in the snow. After a bad experience with another bike manufacturer, I was hesitant to order on line again. But I went ahead and gave it a shot, and the bike arrived in one week, much to my surprise. I could tell it was going to be in good shape just by looking at the box. It wasn't beaten to death like some of the others I've seen. The bike went together quickly, but one of the display mounts had some issues, and the screw had stripped. Everything else went smoothly, so I emailed ecotric, and within a few days, I had the parts I needed to replace the display. The bike itself has been a blast, though I can't speak to how well the battery works because I've only gotten about 25 or 30 miles out of it so far. After the bike arrived, I also ordered a back fender and a rack, as well as an extra battery. The battery is on its way and the rack has arrived a few days later. In a heartbeat, I'd purchase from ecotric again. According to what I've seen, the E bike industry has a reputation for poor customer service, but I can honestly say that my experience with ecotric was the polar opposite.

Using it around town has been a lot of fun. Everyone's heads turn when they see the big tires. There are no issues. Assembly is simple, and battery life is adequate unless you're climbing a lot of steep hills (as is the case with many other e-bikes). in this category of bicycles). However, because it is a LARGE bicycle, I won't be able to share it with my smaller wife as easily as I had hoped. For a bike of this size, I'd say 5'6" or taller.

After unpacking, it takes about 30 minutes to finish the assembly. I'm 230 pounds, and the power is sufficient to assist with moderately steep hills when using pedal assist; on flat surfaces, I can hit 22 mph using only the throttle! Because the bike is quite large, if you're shorter than 5'8", you won't be able to keep your feet flat on the ground while riding. Plan on getting a new seat because the one that comes with it is quite uncomfortable; I bought a Cloud 9 seat and it's been great. With a fully charged battery and moderate pedal assist, the range is about 25 miles. In my case, 35 miles and about 15 minutes. Using only the throttle, I was able to travel for 20 miles. The bike appears to be well-made; it is sturdy and does not appear to be flimsy in any way. Overall, this is a great bike for the money, and I would strongly recommend it to any new riders interested in ebikes.

It's quick, comfortable, and the fat tires allow you to ride on almost any surface. Because it comes pre-loaded, I never increased the maximum speed to 25 mph. The speed limit has been set to 20 miles per hour. This has proven to be adequate for my needs. However, the top speed can be easily increased. br>br>Are you looking for a bike that will do everything for you? And you don't even have to pedal? That is possible 100%, no problem at all. Simply use the throttle to make the bike behave like a slower-moving motorcycle. br>br>At the 5 setting on pedal assist, you'll quickly drain the battery, perhaps after 15 miles or so if you're going full throttle the entire time without pedaling. br>br>If you pedal a bit and aren't in a hurry, and keep the pedal assist setting at like 3, you'll top out at around 11 miles per hour, but you can easily go over 25 miles with a fully charged battery. The battery life is extremely good if you conserve it by pedaling while riding. br>br>I've ridden the bike for over 225 miles now and haven't had a single issue with it. I don't miss driving a car at all now that I have this bike, and I can get to local destinations faster than I could in a car! This bike literally saved my life because I wouldn't have been able to get around if it hadn't been for it. br>br>Be aware that this bicycle is large and tall. My feet barely touch the ground when I sit on it because I'm about 6' and 215 pounds. As a result, this is not a bike for the petite. But, if you're tall enough, I'd say this is the best bike you'll ever own! br>br>This bike has become my trusty steed, which I ride on a daily basis, and I adore it. It's dependable, fast, and tough, and I get compliments on it everywhere I go. This isn't one of those odd-looking electric bikes you've seen around. So far, I can only say that it has far exceeded my expectations. br>I put it together, charged the battery, and pedaled it around my neighborhood's hills with ease. br>While I do not live in alpine country, I do live in an area with far more steep hills than any youtube video for this product required. br>I still need to learn the ins and outs of this vehicle, and I've only gone on the initial shakedown cruise, but I'm a big guy, and those were some big hills, and this vehicle has proven to be up to the task and then some.

Great bike! Had a couple of minor issues, but customer service was extremely helpful and promptly resolved all issues. When you receive your bike, inquire about assembly video links from customer service. The assembly is not as well explained in the manuals as it is in the video. The battery drains a little faster than expected, but this could be due to the weather or terrain. Mounting fenders, bells, and reflectors may necessitate the use of a few additional tools. They do, however, provide all tools necessary for assembling the bike's main components.
