Without difficulty, a replacement was issued. From August 2020 to October 2020, I rode my bike 1600 miles on the original 20Ah unit, which was then stored inside the house during the winter. The unit would not respond to charging in February 2021. The company stated unequivocally that they would repair or replace the unit if I returned it to them. Unfortunately, I discovered that shipping these units individually was nearly impossible due to lithium-ion battery restrictions. batteries made of lithium ion Instead, the company sent me a new BMS, which was the most likely component to fail. Thanks to a helpful YouTube video (see photo), I was able to install it quickly. The unit was not repaired by the replacement part. After that, the business sent out a replacement unit. Because they stand behind their products, they get a five-star rating. Things will go wrong at times, and having support is essential.

Arrived on time and went above and beyond my expectations. Good value (I couldn't find a good 48V 20ah battery for less than $600 a few years ago). br>Well-packaged (I use it on a pedicab, so I have to secure and protect it in the under compartment from being bounced around, and not only is the packing strong, but it's also tailored to the unusually shaped triangular battery). br>Exceeded my expectations (All I needed was a battery that would last the entire day without requiring me to monitor my battery power level. ) I had to do it with my previous 13 as well. A battery with a capacity of 5 ah is used. ) I can ride it in a higher gear for hours and not notice any battery drain on my gauge. br>I looked at a lot of batteries before deciding on this one, and I picked it partly because of the help and warranty it came with. br>I am very pleased with my purchase. This is a product that I would strongly recommend.

I was given a 44 when I received this battery. 4 Voltage at first, but after speaking with the company, we were able to diagnose the issue, and they offered to assist with a solution in a very short period of time. We were able to figure it out, and with this battery and a 1000w rear hub on a 26" MTB, I was able to get 40 miles on a single charge. A fantastic price for a high-quality item.

The battery that comes with the wheel electric bicycle isn't long enough for me to get around town. As a result, I purchased the Co- 48V bicycle battery, to be precise. I can go more than 32 miles and only paddle around 10% of the time after my first time fully charging this battery. It takes around 8 hours to fully charge this battery. It% I've been using it since I bought it and have had no issues.
