Questions & Answers

What are the chances of a beach cruiser bike working here?

This would be the case. The experience wasn't great, but I In order to get to where I am, I have to be balanced and determined. You have to stand up on your bike and lean against a wall at first when starting on one of these. Cruiser bikes aren't really designed for or capable of getting started on one of these.

Are you able to use this with a large ?

I have a son with a large bike that works very well (Specialized Epic Hardtail). The adjustment seems to not leave much room for improvement, so I might compare your XL frame with the Epic and see what is left.

Are you able to increase your ?

It is not possible to modify the resistance.

When it rolls in reverse, does it stop? What the heck are you talking about?

In short, yes.

Though it was not what I expected, it ended up being okay
3/5

Don't get sucked into anything that you don't understand. The third weekly update is as follows It is VERY IMPORTANT for your tires to be correctly inflated! It turned out that the main problem with this product previously was the very small contact area between the roller and the tire. In my case, I was working with *100 PSI on my tires and at my weight (*180 lbs), it flattened the small contact patch of tire and roller, causing a squeeze very similar to a toothpaste tube. This My tire pressure was able to be increased to the MAX pressure recommended for my tires (120 psi) by getting a better floor pump, and that small change made a significant difference in my It's not that I disagree with you but I'm not wrong. Although it's easier than rolling along the road, it's still not simple It is now possible to use it. On the road, I can reach comparable speeds on the bike, and my rides can last for an extended period of time. There is still an issue with balance, but I am working on it Since I don't have to battle my own tires anymore, my effort level is probably half what it used to be. Having to deal with rollers is challenging. Knowing that going in was no surprise to me. You can hop on your bike and shut your mind off if you want it to be easy Take a look at the website You can train on wheels. I mean, seriously, on that note It is very helpful to have wheel trainers Those who are willing to work at it will find rollers useful. In order to ride a roller coaster, you must be in constant motion and concentrate. There will be more effort on the rough road than you would put out on a more paved one as you will learn more quickly. The training tool is a very valuable one. If you want to solve your balance and pedaling issues, rollers can be beneficial if you are willing to work at them. If you are motivated, rollers can be a great training tool. Which is the reason I chose rollers over other My goal was to be mentally challenged and not feel like I was sitting behind a stationary bike. I also wanted to have the ability to get off the saddle and adjust my pedal stroke and position at times. As well as a risk of damage to my frame and hubs, I didn't want to add any additional equipment to my bike. Is this worth trying out? The answer to that is not known to me. You have to be certain about what type of trainer you want because there are tradeoffs. This trainer is difficult. There is no other way to say it. It's been one week so far. I will update this if my opinion continues to change. It was obvious to me when I first arrived that I would have to get used to the balance issue with rollers There is so much more to it During the summer, I put over 500 miles on my bike. I ride a reasonably experienced bike and a nice mid-range road bike. My purpose in stating this is to demonstrate that I am not inexperienced or dumb. It took me a while to research rollers before I made Learning to pedal smoothly and balance correctly was an issue I was aware of. The issues raised by those are not my concern.
To put it plainly I have never had so much difficulty cycling as when using this trainer. pedal strokes are put under a constant amount of resistance, like constantly riding up a 5-story building This hill has a 10% grade. A steep ascent. I ride for the entire period. Using my average of >, I can illustrate my point In mixed roads between 20 and 40 miles, 15 mph is the speed limit. It is hard for me to reach more than 12 mph on this trainer and my fastest sprint was As the rollers have no momentum, it is like riding uphill in mud, since every pedal stroke is just as difficult as the previous one. After 5 minutes running on this, the heart rate gets to its peak and the quads are blown out. I don't know what the root cause of the problem is this may be your thing, but not mine. But I've noticed that if I shift my weight off the seat, the problem lessens In such a case, if you can hover over your seat while pedaling for an extended period of time while supporting your weight with your legs, you can expect a very pleasant experience. My theory is either the plastic drums are made of flex under my weight and bow (I am 180 lbs), or the rollers are designed for a smaller rider, and the band connecting the front and rear rollers has been stretched so far it generates excessive No matter what the situation may be It doesn't seem to be improving over the first three months The sessions were divided into 4. I'll be honest with you. I probably will return this devilish machine. A few more tries will be in order I would not be able to do that. The answer to this question will tell you who it is meant for. Then if you need a great leg and cardio workout in a short period of time and you have strong enough knees not to worry about twisting them to push the pedals, then you should give it a go Those who are looking for a trainer like this may be your best bet. Using this device for more than an hour would likely get me sick and I could not finish in less than 5 minutes. However, I am sure that most people would ideally want a smoother, more effortless spin that feels more like driving on a good highway. Throughout the winter, I expect to be locked inside a lot, so I want to be able to keep exercising It is impossible for a trainer to build my quads until I am tearing my knees apart. This trainer is incapable of doing that. It is always advisable for the buyer to be aware of what they are.

I would highly recommend it
5/5

The rollers I have so far are very nice and I am enjoying them. The bike has been on my bike rack for over two weeks now, and I am thoroughly enjoying riding It was a bit difficult at first, but now I can ride it for a long time without getting tired.

I have actually bought two of them with one for my cousin and one obviously for myself. Some reviewers state they can't go more than 10 mph or something along those lines. As far as I know, my cousin and I haven't faced that dilemma. It appeared both rollers were well built. I personally reached a top speed of about 24 mph on both rollers. would highly recommend this product, but if you are not an experienced roller coaster rider, I would suggest riding between structures where, in the event of a loss of control, you can hold yourself on to. This review is meant to assist you and I hope you enjoy your ride. I will probably make a video or do another review in the coming.

I feel like I didn't know how to use rollers until my first time

Zwift is being used. To master it, you have to practice a lot. 'Build quality is excellent. It is straightforward, and it has well-lubricated bearings I plan on adding more in the coming *After 5 uses and a skinned shin (twice), I'm still not comfortable using outside a doorway. It does make a reasonable amount of noise. It's always better to practice than to try to master.

RIDERS OF TRIKES, WE NEED YOUR ATTENTION
5/5

This roller system is smooth, quiet, and of good quality for riders of trikes! It's ready to use when you pull off the front roller section (it's not needed and slides off), screw four foot pads onto the rear roller section, and then install the foot rests. If you have just had your knee replaced, this is the ideal setup for getting the new knee up and running.

The price is right, and the build quality is great! My trike is a trike
5/5

I purchased this product exclusively because of its low price. The next closest solution costs half as much. The product is of high quality. I am not faced with the issue of wheelbase adjustment or balance, so I can't comment on how it holds up against other products. Later, when I have logged a few miles, I will update you. As of now, I would highly recommend it.

Having an excellent value, being fun to use, being attractive, and being well-thought out Seeing mixed reviews on this roller when I researched which brand to buy, I didn't want to spend a lot of money, since I wasn't sure I would like rollers and didn't want to go over the budget
5/5

Upon reviewing this set, I found that I really liked it. You'll need a lot of practice, since riding on a trainer mounted on your bike is quite an unusual experience, but it's SO much more fun than riding on a trainer that mounts on your bike. If you get the hang of it, you can work with mags and fluids as well. There have been some reviews where pedaling has been a problem in the past. As you know, it is imperative that your tires be inflated all the way to the max, because the contact point between your rollers and your tires is very small, and you want to keep that contact point as small as possible to avoid adding extra With no unnecessary friction, this is an intense workout on its own. This unit seems to be really well-run, from what I can see- I have been riding on it for one week and it is not showing any signs of faulty bearings, weak construction, etc. My only complaint is that the foot step is made of plastic. It is made of thick plastic and appears to be pretty durable. There have been a few reviews that state it cannot be adjusted to fit bikes of different sizes, but I don't see how this would be possible since there is a broad range of Though here's a pro tip pull the belt over the rollers as soon as the belt is adjusted to the right length (watch your fingers). Two rollers are the only things that the belt goes around Those at the front and those at the rear are the first two. As all three rollers have grooves for your belt, I am assuming these reviews didn't notice this, but I repeat DON'T PUT IT OVER HE Despite its sturdy packaging, it does not lose out on quality, as it comes with an extra belt for the rollers and a torque While the design is quite functional, the red and black aesthetic makes it look quite interesting. Overall, I think it looks nice in its simplicity.

Last A FAN will make you feel better! Even though I ride in my cold basement, I still get really hot real fast. If you have some airflow, you will be able to ride longer. It is an excellent roller trainer, which I highly recommend. Thanks for reading!.
