Product Description

The process of setting up tubeless tires can be a pain, but you don't have to. With just a few simple steps and a straightforward design, this tubeless syringe injector removes the headache associated with tubeless installation.
We have created an innovative sealant injector that moves through a channel instead of over the valve. Traditional tubeless sealant injectors block the air supply valve with sealant, but this design allows the syringe to go all the way to the tire without blocking it.

Questions & Answers

You can buy the kit that comes with a premium aluminum removal tool for this price In the item description, do the pictures of the tool accurately depict the item?

Yeah, the aluminum tool is nice. I had a hard time with the syringe though. It kept feeling like it was clogged or something like that.

In the same way milkit removes pooled sealant from tires to check sealant levels, can this system be used to remove pooled sealant from tires?

If services are performed regularly, Stans fluid can remain viscous (up to 6 - My riding time is six months), and you can sometimes get this working with a few valves, but generally you can't. If the KOM kit consistently provided the ability to push the plastic needle into the tire, it would significantly improve performance. Almost all valves with which I have used the kit, the plastic needle stops at the bottom of the threaded valve stem at the rim seal and cannot be moved. This is something I am actively trying to find a tool or adaptor for (yet) but haven't found any. The solution will be found by someone. I hope so. It would be helpful for them to read this review and others. Let me please.

Even though the box did not contain the plastic tube that connects to the syringe and inserts into the presta valve, I received it. Is there a way I can get some advice?

You can ask for another one if you call them. There is no use for a tube if it does not exist.

Is this valid for more than one use? What can be done to clean it?

I've used it more than a few times, though I do clean it after use with warm soapy water. I did a final flush with alcohol, and it now looks brand new.

Here Is The Easiest Way To Add Sealant To A Tire
5/5

If you remove the valve core and inject sealant through a syringe, this is the easiest way to add sealant to a tire. A Short Description of How This is 1. Fill your tire sealant syringe by attaching the tube to the syringe and supplying it with the 1. 2. The valve core tool is used to remove the core from the valve For me personally, I used my Park valve tool because it was larger than what is provided and was easier to handle because it provided The syringe tube should be inserted through the valve and tire sealant injected. 4* Each a. Inspect the valve core and replace it as necessary. 5
Make sure the air pressure is added. The sixth point. 7. Swish the tire so the sealant can thoroughly penetrate the tire. Get on your bike and ride. The following are tips to help you buy tubeless tires This is 1. Tires should be attached to rims. There are times when installing tires is a hassle. The beads will have an easier time setting if the tire is lubricated with soapy water (mixture of dish soap and water). 1. 2. If you do not have any tire sealant, inflate the tire until it sounds like beads setting When a bead sets, you will hear a piping sound. As each tire has two beads, you can expect to hear two popping sounds. It is advantageous to inflate the tire without sealant at first so you won't end up with a mess of tire sealant every where if it pops off the rim. In the same manner as I explained above, once the beads have set, deflate the tire and fill with tire sealant. By removing the valve and using a syringe to inject the sealant into the tire, the sealant can be easily added. The sealant should be added to the tire after the air pressure is added. br>5. The next thing to do is to get the tire sealant all around the inside of the tire in order to ensure it does It is vital to rotate the tire and shake the tire so the sealant moves around inside the tire. In general, you should shake the tire from side to side (all sides), swish the tire, etc. To do this, you must get the tire sealant to cover all of the areas inside the tire. Finally, the sealant should clean up readily.

It helps to maintain tubeless wheels in a cleaner manner
5/5

Injecting tubeless sealant with a syringe is one of the best things you can do for your bike. The sealant injector will make the tubeless setup more effective if you run a tubeless setup on your bike Maintaining the system is easier and more cost effective A cleaner environment. There is a 2oz (60mL) sealant inside the syringe & the syringe holds the sealant Has two and four at the same time. We can also supply parts such as 25inch (110mm) sections of tube (3mm inside diameter) This valve attachment would result in a total tube length of 10 inches (250 mm) if connected all together. It is imperative to take this into consideration when filling with sealant from a large bottle There is not enough fluid in the system. There is a tube that can be fitted both to schrader and to flanges We provide valves, but remember to take out the cores of the valves. The valve core tool included in the set I purchased is made of red anodized aluminum. Make sure you select them in the purchase option if you want this tool. A plastic tool can also be used to remove valve cores. Likewise, this plastic tool works just as well, and one of mine is kept on my mountain bike, have a tendency to lose things or misplace them easily, the aluminum tool is worth the extra cost. There are only a few cm in length to this plastic tool. Compared to the aluminum tool, it is more than twice as long and more flexible This makes it much more visible, thanks to the red anodizing. Although this syringe isn't a "must have" for tubeless medication, it does make going tubeless easier and more convenient There is less mess. It is good that the tube goes into the tire through the entire valve stem, minimizing the amount of sealant in With this, valve cores will likely be less likely to get gummed up by sealing fluid. I use the syringe with Stan's NoTube sealant and have had good results so far Using it is a breeze. As soon as I finish using a syringe, I wash it. My first step is to get a cup of warm, soapy water, put it into the syringe, then inject it Two pieces should be ejected You have to repeat it three After that I repeat the process with fresh water. It will get all the sealant out of the syringe and allow you to use it again I have been nothing but pleased with the sealant injector from KOM. Those who have read my review, I hope you found it useful. I thank you for taking time to read it.

It is a very nice injector for sealant
5/5

It has been a couple of years since I have used Stan's injectors. It has been a good experience for me. While it's better than the one I had before, I was clueless as to what the little red thing inside was (I didn't find any instructions there). It was only after I read the Amazon description that I realized I made a mistake. The valve core cutter is what it is. I will admit that the Amazon description does tell us what it is, but the box does not. That is a beautiful valve core remover made out of aluminum and appears to be well-machined. When you need it, you turn it sideways and use the notch In contrast to other injectors, this one has a plastic 'needle' that slides through the valve stem and out the other end (with the core removed), making it much easier to use than Stan's. Observations and Conclusions There is no doubt that this product deserves five This is a highly recommended book.

The hole is too small to allow sealant to pass easily
3/5

There is no point to using this injector. This program does not work with Panaracer Smart Seal or Orange Seal. Particles that are supposed to clog a puncture do the same thing here, and nothing can pass through the hose. Also, the hose is too narrow to enter my valve stems all the way, so it does not actually go all the way in so a little bit of sealant gets through before it clogs, causing the wheel to be covered in sealant. Here is the picture where you can see all the particles that wouldn't pass through the Panaracer SmartSeal. Neither the hose nor the liquid sealant would move through, but after removing the hoses I could get just the liquid sealant through. In the same way, Orange Seal's glitter particles have the same effect. As a replacement for the Stan's injector, which I bought to replace the one that makes a huge mess every time I use it, this one My sealant does not conform to Stan's sealant, but I am not sure if it will work with Stan's sealant or any other brand of sealant.

The advertising is deceptive! There is a sense of false advertising here
3/5

Even though the syringe was more expensive, I assumed I wouldn't have to worry about it if I got a high-quality one Stans detachable core tool of high quality (as pictured in the listing by the manufacturer as well as In its place, I got a cheap piece of plastic remover that is useless. It seems to me to be a business practice that deceives customers. There is really no point in asking nearly triple the price for this unit, let alone a Lincoln. Since many buyers feel that the hassle of returning it is not worth it, they probably figure many will feel the same way. The seller is to blame for this situation! They are not a business I would do business with.
