Grease on ceramic doesn't really do anything but ruin it, doesn't it? Do ceramic bearings really have the advantage of not requiring ?

If you do not put grease on the bearings, they will get dirty and rusty quickly and will not last very long. However, I am not sure what bearing you ordered. It should also be noted that I like this grease and use it for my bottom bearings,

The grease is quite expensive, but it is a great product for servicing SRAM bearings and removing the need for substitutes

It is recommended for all mountain bike While this amount of grease is incredibly expensive for the amount, lucky for a home bicycle mechanic, this should be enough to last quite some time.
