Although the container and grease themselves look black in the picture, they are actually white, and there is substantially more grease than I anticipated. I have to assume that the bike shop used a lot of grease when doing a full re-grease on The 3D55 has three rows and three columns Using this speed hub, I'll be getting at least another 5 years out of this tube.
I can understand why the shop told me to get this particular kind of grease, instead of using the standard stuff, because the grease is incredibly non-corrosive. A viscous liquid. I am not a fan of goop! It is easy for me to understand why this particular grease has been recommended. A bit of fabric was left over after I completed two hubs.
