Yes. The foam/padding where you hook it on the bike I put it on was there. It had velcro, which I was able to remove and simply hook on the bike; it should fit most bikes without difficulty, and it's a decent size.

It might be able to accommodate teacup-sized pets. If your pet enjoys moving around, this isn't a good idea. The basket is sturdy in and of itself. Take care and have fun!

It's the perfect fit for my son's bike! The basket's handle is a little difficult to pull up/push down, but I believe this was done on purpose to prevent rattling. br>br>It also has a lot of storage space. He carried a full carton of strawberries (dumped into the bottom) and my phone into the office this morning. keys, a lego mug, 14 acorns, a bottle of bubbly, a scrunchie, and an ice cream sandwich.
It's not a big bag, but it's big enough for her to carry her water bottle and baseball cap on our rides, and it's very easy to get on and off the bike.
It's the perfect size for my phone and whatever else I have in my bag. I replaced the old plastic one with this nice coated metal one. Love it!.

The basket stays completely put when the bike is tossed on its side, thanks to the ties holding the hooks onto the handlebars, and its sturdy construction keeps it in place. When the bike was on the ground, it took on a different shape when it was sat on. br>br>As the munchkin grows older and bigger, this basket will undoubtedly move up with the bikes.
This fit perfectly on my 5-year-old son's bike, and now we have somewhere to put water bottles and snacks when we go for walks with my kids. I don't keep my phone in it because the basket will fall off if the bike falls. But it doesn't bother me if the snacks fly around.
That was not, however, the reason I purchased it. I did contact the manufacturer because it is too small and I would like to return it. I left a message but did not receive a call back. I can't find my contact information. If you could please provide me with that information, I would be grateful. I'd get a new basket if I had the money - I'm looking for something bigger, but I'm not sure if they have it. Any assistance is greatly valued. Thank you very much!.
It fits perfectly on my two-year-old's bike, which has 12 inch wheels, and he rides with his water bottle and a stuffed animal!.
