The U-shaped bar is too heavy for me to lift it Despite what the 'lock' appears to be, she carries a combination lock and a fairly heavy duty 6ft bike lock cable without any issues. I believe she has also carried a grocery bag that is almost full of small loaves of bread (8 loaves, maybe). Even a small melon would likely be a lot if it were that heavy.

According to the description it is a basket, but that is the only part of it that was accurate. This is a low-quality product, not a high-quality one. I ordered it online but it took 25 days to arrive, not as stated on the website. There is no GREEN in it, but it is ORANGE. No leather can be seen on the straps. That makes me so sad. The seller is not someone I would like to do business with.

There was a cheap feeling to this basket and a high price tag. As much as I liked the price because it was the exact size that I wanted to put on my beach cruiser, I would have been shocked if my bike were to fall over and the wicker would crush. It was returned.

Embark on a cruise with this My water bottles fit in it quite well, I can fit 3 kids' 16 oz water bottles and 3 adults' 26 oz water bottles so it's a fairly spacious stand
