It took only a few strokes to raise the pressure of my rear tire from about 60 pounds to 110 pounds with this pump. With its 160 lbs weight rating, it can handle a lot. This is amazing! As a preface, I would like to make it clear that I am not being pressured to rate this product. As I am so upset about my broken Joeblow Max, all I can think about is what a great pump this is. I am blown away by it! No response has been received from the company after I wrote 2 emails. I had an issue with the head on my presta style bike tires that would not stay attached to the valves 2 years ago. Pumping the tire would cause the pump end to pop off the valve as soon as I attached it to the tire. As of yet, I have not received a response from the company after emailing twice. Perhaps it just needs a new rubber washer/gasket to keep it attached to the valve, or it may need a new head. Despite the 5-year warranty, this is not the case!.
