In order to slide the mirror into the handlebar, you may have to cut the end of the handlebar so the rubber on the tip can be removed. Once you have tightened using the hexagon tool included, you will remove the tool. The bell goes on, the Phillip screwdriver is also included, so it takes about 15 minutes. I am not mechanically inclined, therefore it may take less time. I will give it a try tomorrow, but I am extremely pleased with the result.
