Questions & Answers

Is the rubber handle grip at the end supposed to clamp over the end of the clamp like you see in the photo? Are the bars required to post it? Can you please point out where the hand grip rubber is in the picture? There is something I do not understand. ?

The mirror is mounted on the INSIDE of the handlebar, as others have pointed out. For the grip to be installed, you will have to cut a hole at the end of the grip. You simply slip the anchor bolt mechanism inside the handlebar, twist the screw to tighten, and the handlebar should be secure. Simple to use It was easy. The following information is to be noted If the handlebar is hollow, as is most common on bicycles, then that's the case. It doesn't work for me when I install it in a Xiaomi M365 scooter. A tube for wiring runs through the Xiaomi's handlebar, so it is not hollow. This is why the Mirrcycle mirror is not appropriate on our bike.

Can you tell me what material the mirror is made of? What shape is it? Is it flat or convex? In the description, it is noted the bag is convex. However, some of the reviews indicate the bag to be ?

The physical shape as well as the optics of this mirror are CONVEX. According to her reply of January 30, 2016, I am in complete agreement with her answer of July 6, 2018. Those of you who think this mirror is too flat should run a ruler straight across it - it will be more flat than you think. There is no flat, there is a convex. In case you are still in doubt, just look in the mirror at your face and head. In your eyes, you see a flat mirror, and you have a small head. If that is true, then I will concede that it is flat and you have a small head.

Do you think it will work on the right or left side, and will it fit Canondale Hybrid files?

The mount, depending on how you mount them, can be mounted from either side. The ones I've mounted have only been mounted The Canondale is not familiar enough to me to know for sure, but I have them on four brands, two hybrids, one mountain bike, two city cruisers and I never have a problem with them. These plugs go into the ends of your grip after you cut out or take the grip off, and if your model has any plugs (some do, some do not) you remove those.

Can it be fitted on a Giant comfort bike for women?

can be mounted on handlebars with large diameter and small diameter. It fits my two bikes, and both of them have racks.

Mirrors such as this are good
5/5

In a few minutes, you can set it up. Mirrors such as this are good. With it, you can set it up in a lot of different ways, and get pretty much any angle you want. Because of how I like to lean and not have it interfere with my grips, I set mine up below the handlebars. I can only think of one con I can think of - it's kinda ugly from what I can see. Yet, I didn't buy a mirror and a helmet because I want to look Mirrors of this size reflect things fairly well, but they seem a little far away. I would expect this, however. To change riding position on the fly, I left the pivot points slightly loose so that I can change the angle on the fly. Hopefully my review helped you, so if it helped, please hit the button below!.

It was far better than anything else offered
5/5

The high ratings and praise this bike mirror has received are truly deserved. The mirror came with the Hafny Bar End Bike Mirror and the Venzo Handlebar Stainless Steel Mirror that I also ordered at the same time. It was impossible to see your rearward view due to the smaller mirror images in the latter two. Additionally, even though their product engineering was better than the Mirror, they weren't as good as the Mirror. With Mirrycle, screws that screw into micro holes are available in male and female hex Female brass pieces on the outside of the hex bolt that become increasingly tight as they are screwed into There's a bit of difficulty when screwing in the hex bolt with the hex key (provided), but you'll have a rearview mirror that doesn't jiggle when you're done. It bounces in the same way as the handlebar- A bicycle ride cannot be avoided due to the physics of it - However, all the jiggle in the mirror is gone. It has a much larger mirror surface, so you get a much better rear view, and you can adjust it with your hand. It's a great product, and incredibly inexpensive. Having waited a long time to get this, I wish I would have purchased it sooner.

Mirror that is easy to fix with an available spare part
4/5

The rear view mirror in this picture is probably the best one I have ever I prefer to use it because it is not ugly and it works well. It shakes, but it is large enough that I can still see what's going on behind it. Although it will swing in when needed, it won't flop around every time there is a bump. Although how tight or loose it is really depends on how it is set up when it is It is good too that the mirror parts are readily available -- just go to your local hardware store. This part is less than $5 shipped to me after I broke the glass. I feel that, although I broke the glass, that's not a bad thing since any mirror that's worth its salt uses glass to reflect light. However, the glass looks to be not made of safety glass, but I'm not aware of how typical mirrors are in that regard. In order to measure the diameter of the two handlebar tube inserts that come with the mirror, I measured *** 13. 68mm * 18mm. It includes a hex wrench, so you do not need anything else other than yourself to install it. As an aside, when I haul my dog trailer I supplement this mirror with a wide-angle mobius actioncam (glued to the seat post) that I attach to my phone using an OTG cable and the Mobius USB Tools app. As well as locking the screen to landscape, I use an app to do that. I mount my phone to the handlebars of my bike and this creates a rear view camera that displays on my phone (I use it to keep an eye on my dog, but it functions as a mirror too). The phone allows me to see more directly behind than a mirror, since the field of view is greater - I find the phone easier to use than a mirror. It has a slight lag, however. Although the Mirrorycle mirror is always ready for use, I don't have to worry that my phone or camera will stop working.

A lousy quality control process and two returns, we will move on
3/5

Two of the units have had to be returned because both the original purchase and replacement have had the same defect that involved improperly cut threads on the tubular components, making it impossible to screw the provided bolts into the proper depth to form a As much as possible, we used our own high-quality products I tried using a torque wrench, but it did not work. It is clear that the issue was caused by poor QC on the part of the manufacturer, since it was identical. As a result, we are disappointed in this product and will move onto one that is The Mr. P. There have been no problems with Amazon's return and replacement services (and yet another return too), and inconveniences have been kept to an absolute Amazon deserves credit for this achievement.

I like this mirror very much
5/5

This mirror has been used by me for a long time. The only time I break them is when I do not adjust them as directed. In spite of this, they tend to survive most disasters. Their durability is not as important to me as being able to see what is coming up behind me at a glance. There is traffic in both directions on highways that force me to get off the road whenever there is traffic in either direction. From this mirror, I can look back in time for a very long time. The fact that individual parts can be purchased to fix them surprises me. I always replaced mine when it was damaged and kept the damaged one for spare parts since the price has always been so reasonably priced. Since their bolts are attached, they are pretty theft resistant, as well as being more stable than Velcro-mounted ones.

Good at what it does
4/5

Schwinn Beach Cruiser Sanctuary model that was equipped with this mirror. rubber handlebar grip has been carefully cut at the tip. The seamless fit between the mounting bracket and the grip is achieved by careful cutting of the If the screws are turned into the metal holes quite hard, it is best to make sure that the screw is started straight, otherwise cross-threading will occur and the hole will need to be redrilled. This is accomplished by inserting a screw into the receptacle and then rotating the screw counterclockwise. After turning the screw counter-clockwise into a hole until you hear a clicking sound and/or feel the screw threads match the grooves in the hole, turn it clockwise again. Almost never will a screw cross thread if this process is accomplished correctly. As one can see what is approaching from the rear of the bicycle, the view to the rear of the bicycle is not large, but it is adequate to take adequate action. It is possible to adjust the angles quite well. Unless handled properly, the washers are relatively small and are likely to escape from you if not handled carefully. There is a fair amount of clarity in the directions and they are simple.
