Whenever I get a blister on the ischial tuberosity or if I get a nagging irritation, I turn to Chamois Butt'r Her. After my bike shop guy recommended using this, it allowed me to successfully complete a 60 mile event followed by subsequent rides of 70 miles and over. Whenever you go on a ride, make sure you have a packet with you.
