Every day, I walk about 70 miles. ) I usually'recharged' my batteries in the middle of my rides. There was no soreness, and my bum was ready for another ride every morning; I don't believe there is a better product on the market. "Just as good" for less money? Purchase it if you come across one. Assos is where I'm going to stay.
