One annoyance was exchanged for a new one. On a good day, I'm 6'2" and 225 pounds. The shorts appeared to be well-made and of good, durable material. The padding appeared to be adequate for a 15-year-old. The legs are far too short and ride up/bunch up during the 20-mile ride. In addition, the inseam (the distance between the bottom of the crotch and the top of the waist) is far too short, making these extremely uncomfortable. There isn't enough room. Halfway through a 15-mile ride, I seriously considered taking them off, but I guess I became numb and forgot about it - until I was able to exit. Not good. I'll be returning it.
I have a hardtail with a thud buster seat post and a comfortable seat, but the gel shorts make a huge difference, most likely because they are soft and conform to my body. When I washed them and put them in the dryer, I realized how good they were. br>When I got home, I was uncomfortable and bruised. br>As a result, I purchased a second pair. I don't want to be separated from them any longer!.
These Men's Bike shorts were purchased for my boyfriend, as well as a pair for myself. He was apprehensive about wearing them at first, but after just one ride, he agrees that they are far more comfortable than shorts. br>br>The sporty design can be worn with or without shorts. They are comfortable to wear, light in weight, and do not ride up on the leg. br>Men's shorts are shorter than women's and appear to be very attractive.
The pads in the shorts are fantastic; they don't hurt after you've ridden your bike. I'd prefer to wear the bicycle shorts with pockets instead of the padded underwear I purchased, but the padded is still great.
Based on the reviews, I decided to give this brand a try. They do, however, have an issue. These shorts have no leg grip, which I didn't realize I needed until it was no longer there. Other shorts I've worn and liked have a rubbery grip around the legs to keep them from riding up. When you're riding a bike, this is critical because they'll ride up on you in an instant. br>br>As soon as you get off your bike, you'll be throwing everything out there with a "look at me" sign. Maybe that's your thing, but it's not mine, and I have to pull them back down even when I'm walking around. br>br>Hopefully, this firm will improve leg grip. Look for anti-bacterial shorts when shopping for shorts. The grip on the slipper I know it's a must now that I've tried both styles.
This is the first pair of bike shorts (underwear) that I've ever owned. The standard is up to par. They seem to work well together. The padding is extremely beneficial. However, I have the impression that I am wearing a diaper. That said, based on what I've read, that appears to be the norm. It only feels like that when I'm not riding my bike; when I'm riding, it doesn't feel like that. They're a little long because they sag a little when I'm standing, but once I'm riding, most of that goes away. I just folded the elastic waistband over once and they were fine. br>Overall, I think these are great, especially for the price, and I now have three of them so I don't have to wash them every day.
While my saddle and Kinekt suspension seat post work well, after about two hours of riding on my eBike, I start to feel some discomfort. br>br>This has just the right amount of padding, at least with my bottom, without feeling bulky or shifting around like other loosely fitted shorts I've had in the past, and no ugly spandex look, so it's discreet and fits well under my regular riding shorts. Definitely worth the money, and it lasts a long time. br>br>.
EDIT *These aren't very good. Shorts are a good fit, if a tad on the large side. I'm 6'2" with a 32" waist and could probably get away with a medium, but the large is plenty roomy and comfortable for longer mountain bike rides. No problems or drawbacks after two washes. So far, I'm liking the shorts for the price!br>br>EDIT - **** I received a card from the company asking me to leave a review in exchange for a gift card, but I have yet to receive anything, so let me update this review to say the shorts and the company are both garbage. After ten rides, I tossed the shorts in the trash and laughed as they were hauled away in a garbage truck, where they and the company belong.
