Questions & Answers

What are your thoughts on the fit?

Hello! Thank you for making form-fitting, supportive briefs that aren't too tight or constricting. br>Nicole - I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read this. Direct Customer Service (ExOfficio)

Is there a flap for quick relief on these?

Yes, there is a functional front flap/fly for quick relief. However, because these briefs are so well made, the fly overlaps much more than it does on other brands of briefs. I've found that going "up and over" the waistband rather than using the fly is sometimes easier because it overlaps well and provides superior coverage and comfort.

Is it true that these shrink in the washer?

I don't put these in the dryer, as I do with all of my synthetic outdoor clothing. They should dry within an hour of being hung after the final spin in the washer. If you don't use a dryer, you can get more out of similar products. Because synthetic materials have improved, you can still get a lot of wear out of the shorts if you dry them on low heat. PS: The shorts will feel a little snug after tumble drying or line drying, but they will stretch back to their 'fit' size / shape after putting them back on; hopefully this helps.

Is this the second version of the Give n Go?

They're the Give 'Go 2's, to be sure. 0 brief. My husband will be getting some more for Christmas, as I gave him some for his 17th birthday. A day trip through Africa. They can be washed at night and hung out to dry in the morning. He favors darker colors, but the white ones are the same for him. When deciding how many pairs you'll need, it saves a lot of space in your suitcase. For a 2- You could get away with a 3-week trip if you plan ahead. If you don't want to wash your socks every night, go for four pairs. My husband now uses them as underwear on a daily basis. I simply toss them in the washing machine, but I do hang them to dry over a towel bar.

A greedy corporation's quest for more profit ruins a great product
3/5

I have gratefully worn Give-N-Go for many years. Since a trip to Europe in 2012, I've been wearing go briefs. I found them to be very comfortable, and they were also very easy to wash and dry while traveling. This was the second time I'd gone through the process. order, but I'm afraid to tell you that these things have devolved into a shambles - I've attached a photo of my undies from six months ago. SIX MONTHS ARE COMPLETE - after you've bought something! Plus, not only did the waistband "melt," but it did so in the presence of cold water. dried on the line after being washed - Never put in the dryer or washed in hot water. My most recent order consisted of eight pairs, and they all practically self-assembled. I will never buy them again because they both destructed around the same time.

For a day, it's perfect
3/5

I was singing exofficio's praises after wearing them for a few hours in 93-degree weather. I was jokingly referring to myself as Captain Cool Balls. They are extremely comfortable and do not cling to the body like cotton underwear. They were fantastic on day one. After that, I gave them a thorough cleaning. They now have the appearance of being two years old. They're not going to last long at this rate. I'm dissatisfied to say the least. These would be fantastic if you could afford to wear them five times and then discard them.

Tighty whities in the classic style
5/5

just a little bit better Despite the fact that I consider myself to be unconcerned about the majority of things, for a nearly 30-year-old woman, a man who is always active and on-the-go- the- When it comes to my underwear, I'm pretty set in my ways. I don't own a single pair of boxers or boxer briefs, and I don't wear anything but PLAIN WHITE BRIEFS. With the exception of the 3-, 4 pairs of black, grey, and navy colored briefs that I've somehow acquired, my underwear drawer is stocked with numerous pairs of good 'ol classic 100% cotton tighty whi While I am one of the few 29-year-old men who still wears tighty whities and nothing else, I honestly don't give a damn what other people think when they see my snug and tight white underpants. In most cases, I also prefer the so-called "Traditional" brands like Fruit of the Loom and Hanes are preferred over higher-end brands, not only because they are less expensive, but also because they are soft, comfortable, and last through multiple washes and wears.

Having recently restarted my workout routine as well as beginning to play golf with friends more and more, I began% Please pardon the visuals. However, whenever I got home, I'd have to peel off my drenched tighty whities. After about two weeks, I realized I needed to find a pair of briefs made of nylon, polyester, spandex, or even a cotton/poly blend. basically anything apart from 100% cotton briefs Since I refuse to wear anything but tighty whities and have yet to find a good pair of moisture-wicking shorts, I decided to search Amazon for "nylon men's briefs" and found these ExOfficio Give-N-Go briefs. One of the top five suggestions was to wear go briefs. After reading the description and reviews, I decided to order a couple of pairs of white briefs just to try them out; I'm so glad I took the chance. br>br>These ExOfficio briefs are truly exceptional when it comes to wicking away moisture/sweat generated by working out, running, lifting weights, and golfing. I have to remind myself that I'm wearing them when I'm working out or golfing because they're so comfortable. They're soft and have a nice wide waistband, and I like how they sit so well on my natural waist. These ExOfficio briefs are also very easy to hand wash and dry in under an hour! There are two things that are most important to me about these briefs. First and foremost, they are classic TIGHTY WHITIES, which is exactly what I was looking for and the only type of underwear I will wear; Second, they're some of the most comfortable and supportive underwear I've ever worn. They're the perfect amount of tight and snug to support my crotch and "nether parts," and the fabric stays perfectly smooth on my bottom the entire time I'm wearing them. There was no wrinkling or bunching at all. The only disadvantage for me is that they are quite expensive, and it's difficult for me to justify (to myself) paying more than $10 for a single pair of tighty whities, especially when I'm used to getting 7-inch tighty whities. For about the same price, I could get 8 pairs of my regular Fruit of the Loom briefs. I still wear my Fruit of the Looms most of the time, including at work, while sleeping (I sleep in my tighty whities), lounging around the house, and any other time I'm not working out, lifting, or golfing. Still, ExOfficio and Amazon have done a great service by designing and making these classic fit white briefs available to active men like me, and I'm so impressed with them that I bought two more pairs on Prime Day just a few days ago. I'm looking forward to getting home and opening up my new tighty whities, which I've grown to adore.

One pair of underwear with a lot of hype
3/5

Exofficio's has gotten a lot of press lately. I'm not a traveler, and I have no intention of washing these in the sink. I'm a sports fan who doesn't mind adding a new pair of underwear to my collection. Advantages: br>br>
- The material is light and soft. It's a great feeling. br>- Cons: Moisture Wickingbr>br>Cons: Moisture Wickingbr>br>Moisture Wickingbr>br>
- Yes, I was aware of the high rise before I purchased it, but I wish they would make a lower rise version.
- Tags. It's hard to believe there are two tags on the same item. The majority, if not all, of the brands do not have tags.
- Seaming. Overall, these aren't bad, but they're nothing special. br>br>They don't appear to be that great, especially on the band. br>br>In conclusion, these aren't bad, but they're nothing special. I understand that these are geared toward travelers, so I'm not the target market, but if they're on sale, they're a good option for active people. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase - It's started to pill/fall apart after only wearing them once a week and washing them on cold (no dryer).

Factory seconds with a shaky build quality
3/5

I have two pairs of Patagonia briefs that I absolutely adore, but they are no longer available. The ExOfficio appear to be the most similar; I purchased one pair in store that came in a box, but then saw these on sale for Prime Day. They appear to be Speedo cut briefs in the photo, but they have the same Grandma underwear look in the back (saggy), so I believe they are the same as the box ones, but come in a plastic bag. They are manufactured in China. There are flaws in the production process. As a result, it's likely that Amazon is selling returned items as new. The fabric is soft against the skin, but the flaws indicate that it isn't as durable as the Patagonia I have, so I'll be returning it and making do with the two pairs of Patagonia I already own until something that fits well and is durable becomes available.

ELASTIC DOES NOT LAST FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME
3/5

Excellent content Apart from the elastic in the waist, which does not stay stretchy after a dozen or so washes, the garment is comfortable. Because of this feature, I decided to wait until the product was on sale before repurchasing it. You definitely don't want to pay retail, at least not until the elastic waistband outlasts a pair of cheap jockey shorts. Alternatively, these can be washed in a washing machine, dishwasher, etc. They are lightweight and quick to dry, making them ideal for a seven-day fishing trip in the wilderness. By turning them inside-out, I was able to get an extra day of use out of them. Wife despises the idea of "extended utility" underwear, but she owns a pair of pantyhose that I find easy to shed.
