Hello, please keep in mind that the foam in the 4D and 3D padding has different densities to help relieve pressure. The padding support in the 4D type is stronger than in the 3D type. As a result, it'll be more relaxing. I hope this has been of assistance.
I've been wearing these for over a year and they are still going strong. I ride my bike 30 miles a day, five days a week, and I always wear them with the foam on the inside, and they are still like new.
Hello, please keep in mind that there are shorts that can be dried in the dryer. I hope this has been of assistance.
I have a 35-inch waist and purchased (and wear) an XL. However, I also have a pair of Larges (from a different manufacturer). The Large and XL are both snug but wearable. Both are wearable; it just depends on how tight you want them to be.

When the weather permits, I ride 20 miles five days a week. When the weather is bad, I ride for at least an hour inside on a bike on a training stand. These shorts are something I always wear. They provide excellent abrasion and chafe resistance. They also do a fantastic job at wicking sweat away. These are required if you ride a bicycle. Because they are very tight, you may want to order a size up from your usual size. I strongly advise you to purchase them.
I usually wear a size medium, but after reading the reviews, I decided to go with a size large, which fit perfectly. The back of these bike pants is well-padded, but the front is not. For guys, this makes them more comfortable and less restricted; I don't ride with the lower bars, so I don't require front protection. I bought one pair and then two more, and these are my favorites out of everything I've bought so far. I'm 5'11" and weigh 167 pounds, so I usually wear a size 32 medium.
I bought these after trying a different pair of Baleaf cycling shorts that didn't fit my sit bones because the padding didn't fit. I now own three pairs of Baleaf cycling shorts. I've always had painful sit bones, but these shorts, along with an extra padded cover for my e-reader, have made a huge difference. The issue has been resolved by using a bicycle saddle. I'm 6'1" and 210 pounds, which is a lot of weight for those bones to bear. Because I'm 74 and overweight, I prefer to wear them under cargo shorts rather than cycling shorts. The XL is a perfect fit for me. The shorts are machine washable and dryable; just set the dryer to a low setting. to a moderate level of heat They're of very high quality. This book comes highly recommended.
The padding is of very high quality. However, be aware that they run small (in the waist, primary). Make a purchase – two sizes up from your usual size So far, I've only washed it once, but it seems to be holding up well, and the stitching appears to be in good condition. Comfortable, with a wide elastic band around the legs and waist, and a good price.
I'm guessing they use the same size gel chamois across the board. br>It's the firmest, most comfortable chamois I've ever owned for long rides. br>Unfortunately, that attention to detail does not extend to the construction of the liner shorts themselves. I was shredded all around the chamois' edges after many hours in the saddle due to those pesky thick seams. br>Overall, I was disappointed, but it is a good value if you only go for an hour or two at a time. br>It would also be a good short for a small person because the chamois would protect more of your back.
Great product and quality; however, order one or two sizes up from your usual size because they run small.
The bike shorts are particularly appealing to me. They fit perfectly and provide excellent comfort during my 20-mile rides. I'm getting ready to order a few more pairs in various colors so that I can ride in a variety of colors this summer!.
Their performance biker briefs are fantastic, thanks in part to the cutaway tags that are attached with thread and can be easily removed. It's an excellent solution to the scratchy tag issue, and they should implement it across the board. They'd be 5-star if they used their cutaway tags on these. Down the line, concentrate.
