As a result of the high price, I had some trepidation about getting these socks. You get what you pay for, but as the saying goes, if you want it, you have to pay for it. I would like to urge you to stop buying cheap socks. This is what you need! During my hiking I have crossed rainforests, cliffs, sandy beaches, rocky beaches, manicured boardwalks, and even cooked with them (I cook for a living), and these socks have stood up to every test. Due to the fact that I am a tropical country native coming to a cold winter in the US, I expected thick socks, therefore I was disappointed when they arrived. First, I have to say these socks look really cool and they fit well. After you put on shoes, you'll be pleased with them. There is a particular place for seams so when you put shoes on you find that you can feel some discomfort across the toes since they are placed just right. I wore all of them but one pair, and the seams felt extra thick and caused some discomfort. As a result, I would not purchase them again and no I didn't reach out to the seller as it is a manufacturing fault not directly their fault.
