I like the slings

A great runner that can be used for multiple purposes. The ropes are great for alpine draws, slinging trees and blocks, but could also be used for other applications such as attaching to a short anchor for cleaning, making a leash for your ice axe, etc. You probably already know all about them already. As you may know, they are quite light, have proven robust, and can withstand quite a bit of environment. I have found personally that this HMPE sling handles exceptionally well, especially with gloves. When I can, I try to buy them from my "local" mountain store so I choose the color as I color code mine for racking purposes (another advantage), where I can also get them for a dollar cheaper, however I have never had any problems with.

You will be safe if you reach them. It was supposed to be 2, but I only received one. To get the second sling, I went through Amazon. In this instance, they went to the post office, not to the house or mailbox to pick up the order. Is there a problem with USPS? In fact, I'm not sure. Slings seem great - nice length, but they're quite bulky in comparison to other pouches. However, getting them seems to be the biggest problem.
