It was out of stock for a few weeks, but it is now available again!
All of our slacklines (blue, red, and black) have an 8-foot ratchet webbing, which means a tree with a circumference of 60 inches (5 feet) would be fine, and any tree with a circumference of up to 7 feet should be fine. You're getting close to maxing out the capacity of the ratchet webbing as the circumference approaches 8 feet. If your tree is close to (but not quite) 8 feet in circumference, you can always order it and return it to Amazon within the 30-day return window if it doesn't fit. Best of luck!
The cost of shipping is already included in the price.
Selected User Reviews For ZenMonkey Slackline Kit with Tree Protectors, Cloth Carry Bag and Instructions, 60 Foot - Easy Setup for the Family, Kids and Adults
My ten-year-old husband and I bought this to have something fun to do together during quarantine to keep us active, as we both recently lost our jobs due to COVID and now have more time together than either of us could ever want. We were both ecstatic when the kit arrived and saw how nice everything that came with it was, especially considering how much less expensive it was than many other brands. Everything is of the highest possible quality. Included are well-written, easy-to-understand instructions with accompanying illustrations (ideal for beginners like us!). Setup in our neighborhood park was a breeze. The issue arose when I was surprisingly quick to grasp the concept of slack lining, whereas my husband was not. Instead of putting forth his best effort in practice, he would easily become frustrated and give up. As a result, he refused to accompany me to the park. Because it's so much fun and has such a small learning curve, I obviously improved as I spent more time on the line. After a few days, I was actually quite good. When I got home, he'd scream about how selfish I was and how we were supposed to be doing everything together. I persuaded him to return to the park with me and give it another shot. On this particular day, there were quite a few people in the park. I'd gently give him tips and tricks while he was trying to understand it. I'd get right to work, demonstrating what I meant as clearly as I could. A few people had gathered to watch at this point. One person approached me and inquired about my lesson rates, assuming that's what I was doing because I'm so much better than him. My husband was so enraged that he stormed out and walked the 45 minutes home despite the fact that we had parked our car nearby. When I got home, he sat me down and told me it was either him or the slack line; I looked him in the eyes and told him I was going back to the park to practice; it's been a few days, the longest we've ever gone without speaking, and I couldn't be happier with this amazing slack line! John, if you're reading this, please return the ZenMonkey sticker that came with the kit!.
It comes with a carrying bag (my surfline didn't), tree protectors (an additional $15 from Gibbon), an arm trainer, is less expensive, and is packaged much better and has a smaller overall footprint. The ratchet is smaller and easier to handle, the line grip feels very high quality and like it will last a long time, and I adore the color! The blue one was the one I ended up with. At 60 feet, it's also quite long. That's long enough to get some good surfing going, but you can keep it shorter and have a lot more fun with it. I highly recommend this kit to any slack line junkie in your life; the low price makes it a great Christmas gift, birthday gift, or just a last-minute impulse buy for yourself! With this fantastic setup, you can enjoy the great outdoors!.
I bought it to hang my grandson's platform swing on between two trees. The swing could not be hung from the limbs of his yard's trees because they were too tall. The problem was solved by using this slackline. The swing hung perfectly from the product, which was very easy to install. I couldn't be more pleased!.
We bought it because we wanted a way to unwind outside without having to trek through crowded trails or participate in an activity that required us to interact with other people. My wife and I both enjoy it, and while I'm the one who sets it up and takes it down, I'm confident she could do it as well. At first, I was afraid of the ratchet, but after 2-and-a-half hours, I was no longer afraid of it. After three trials, in which I took every precaution possible, I realized it wasn't that difficult or dangerous if you follow the instructions and safety advice provided in the box. The tree protectors are a big plus, though the trees in my area are extremely dense, and I frequently require additional protection to cover the entire circumference. Overall, when I take it out into the woods for 1-hour, I feel like a teenager again. Active relaxation for two hours.
I got this after a few attempts at slacklining, and I'm a little disappointed I didn't get one earlier during the lockdowns. The kit includes the essentials, all of which are of high quality, as well as a beautifully packaged package and clear instructions, which is always a plus. The tree protectors are also a good length, fitting most of the trees in the park near our house, and the line and tensioner both feel very sturdy.
A user manual is included, as well as step-by-step instructions on how to get started. The slackline comes complete with tree protectors, a carrying case (of excellent quality), and a 60-foot slackline. I love the color and design! ZenMonkey Slacklines should be your first choice because they consistently deliver on quality and design!.
I'm not as young as I once was, so I wasn't sure how things would turn out. My group of friends (and their kids) were fighting over who would go next after I finally pulled the trigger. What I like best about it is that it can be used and enjoyed by children as young as ten years old and adults as old as sixty years old.
We were taken aback by how long it was when we took it out of the box! The dims were advertised, but it's not until you see them that you realize how long they are. But, in any case, it was a hit with my kids. They have a lot of fun with it when we go camping. We must obtain the top rope in order for them to have a handhold. There are a lot of hours of fun to be had!.
