My 7-year-old daughter has experience walking on slack lines. I took it out of the bag and followed the detailed instructions to hook it up. My 7-year-old walked on it and it snapped, and she fell down and hit her head on a rock! Mind you, this isn't my first attempt at setting up a slack line; I also have one as an adult. The rod in the cinch that keeps the line taught had bent and slipped out of the cinch, according to a closer inspection. I couldn't believe the cinch had been broken by the weight of a 7-year-old. She was in a lot of pain. Maybe mine was defective, but I have to say, I was underwhelmed by this product and can only hope that my daughter will find another made by a different company. This product is extremely hazardous.
Balance was instantly improved. This is something I bought for when my family comes to visit. It's simple to set up and take down. I noticed a significant improvement in my own balance after using it for a few minutes each day. Unless you're already a gymnast, the overhead helper line is a must. Tip: Set the line no higher than just above your knees to avoid startingling the line if your feet slip.
It's been a lot of fun for everyone who has tried it. It's very sturdy, and it's easy to put together. We take it down for the winter and will put it up again when the weather warms up, thanks to the fact that we had trees that were the right distance apart.
He and I went up to give it a shot! Those were the days: It held both of us in place, and his younger body was obviously much better at it! This is an excellent core workout. It hit me right away.
It's a hit with both my three-year-old and seven-year-old. It is a camper's favorite.
Unless the trees are involved. For my 8-year-old grandson, it was an excellent confidence booster.
