What makes these different from the Tree Huggerz Tree Protector Kit?

Ours are designed for slack lines only and have not been tested with ziplines. Because our product does not contain any wooden slats, it is lightweight and portable. The tree huggerz listing does not specify a length, which is unfortunate, but according to a customer review, they have a 20" diameter tree with a 63" circumference, and the tree huggerz kit only covered LESS than 180 degrees of that tree. The tree huggerz kit is less than 32" long according to the information in that review. br>The length of our XL Tree Wear is 51". Again, we've only tested this with slacklines, but if you add some 2x4 lumber to the setup, you should be able to get similar results with ziplines.

What do you think of the padding?

The tree guard is about a quarter of an inch thick.

Why do you advertise free shipping when it costs $5 to ship?

Is it possible to use these in conjunction with hammocks?

Yes, I use them around our trees to keep the hammock straps off of them. Recommend if you are looking for a unique way to express your creativity.

Tonimmer camp is a lot of fun

This was purchased for my summer day camp, which I own and operate. The campers, who range in age from 6 to 12, will participate in a variety of It's a big hit with the kids. We leave it up during the week and remove it on weekends. We just wrapped up camp last week, and it's still in good shape. We'll have to wait and see how it goes next summer. We did have to purchase additional tree protectors in order to cover all of the trees we use.

Because one wrap will not fit around a tree, you will need to use both

Two sets are required. Because each individual wrap is about 4 feet long, you'll need to use both wraps to fit one tree. To be honest, I think it's a little ridiculous. Material of excellent quality.
