There doesn't seem to be much difference between 3 feet and 4 feet in the photo. There is more of a cylindrical shape to it. For the jungle gym, I'd like it under the platform. Is it something you do?

This was bought by me for my son, who is 6 years old and loves to throw himself Even though we only got it yesterday, he spent quite a few hours playing with it. The zipper was opened and he began removing pieces of foam, but they're big pieces so I could replace them without messing anything up. As a safety measure, I'm going to sew the zipper closed to prevent it from happening again. This pad is made of tarp material, so it is easy to clean and wipe down. It also feels like it will be able to withstand lots of jumping and jumping over obstacles.

The pad is great for crashes. To lay on our daughter with special needs, we use this mattress. There were a few fairly large blocks that we had to cut apart that came with it. All in all, we like it very much.
