There is a hard rubber in it. A good grip is provided by this product. A few hours of use will be sufficient. Affixed to the bottom of my walking stick, it serves as a nice reminder.

This is true for everyone, I believe. There were other poles that I looked at and I think they would have worked My answer may not be 100 percent accurate, but I would expect it would.

I have not yet tried them on my Komperdells, but I am confident they will fit well, also. I purchased a backup set of five tips because I think these tips will fit snugly on my Lekis and Black Diamond poles. Keeping them in place on both rocky terrain (they get wedged, but stay put) and soft wet ground (they did not suction off) has proven to be a good decision. There was little wear on the product. Each carbide tip has a metal washer inserted in it so that it doesn't bore the holes in the sheet metal. As they eventually wear out or are lost, I will continue to purchase them as needed. In terms of durability, I am extremely pleased with the price. It is definitely a good idea to get these tips as replacements. The following update has been made I found that they are compatible with On the AT, this jacket held up exceptionally well despite the long, rocky stretches. So far, I have not lost one.
I have 3 different brands of trekking poles and these fit on every one of them, so my concerns were unfounded. As I mentioned before, you will wear out or lose your factory tips pretty regularly, so these are nice to have. Wearing out your tips and hearing the clack of your pole is not what you want. The trail was full of clacks all the way down. You made a smart purchase with these.
On my trip to Canada, I almost lost my original tip since it was about to crack, so I began looking for another one when I got home. It was a reasonable price on Amazon. I emailed TH Select to make sure it would fit and was assured of its success. who said that the Leki fit theirs, so I am not in the least I have to wait a little while for my order to arrive. My Leki tip fits perfectly on the 10/13/16 tip that I received today. With the Leki, there is a metal piece that accomodates the metal tip of the stem and the fit is quite snug, but not excessive. It's a good day for me.
They are a great value for a durable product. I lose them all the time even though they're very well made and durable, so the fact that there were six in the package was a great bonus. We showed up.
My hiking poles are working well after I replaced the tips. As a walking companion, I use hiking poles as support during my walks. Developing good tips makes the use of hiking poles safer.
Sadly, after only two tries, the poles punctured the tips (the tips came through the bottom). I am five miles away There is poor quality in rubber and it shreds easily. These trail badge tips are of much better quality than Trail Buddy tips, and I would have used them, but they were a little longer than I needed. Even though the prices are comparable I recommend you do not buy.
In a review or two, one or more consumers stated that they used these pole tips on tile floors without having any problems with slippage. Perhaps the manufacturer changed the formula for the material recently because I was completely disappointed after purchasing these tips. Don't buy these for traction on tile floors or even to absorb shock because they will make matters worse, their return policy says they are "nonrefundable". Invest in something that will make you a little happier.
These have been ordered several times by me. On both my previous orders, I have received an item with a different measurement. The item is 1/4" shorter than the one advertised, and the hole may be a fraction larger than the one advertised. Putting them on and taking them off are two separate actions. After getting my first round (my package also only had 5 instead of 6) I suspected it was a mistake. The answer is no. A picture or dimensions that are incorrect. The item does not fit the way it was.
