There are 8 features in this product. In the center, there are none, but two at each corner. There is a problem with the image. In order to purchase the product, I need to contact the seller. I bought it based on the image shown in the product page which shows 18 tie off points (I assume you missed the two that run down the center when you asked about 16).

So far, I have only used it on one camping trip and I found it quite useful. The rainfly is fairly durable, and despite its size and price point, it is relatively light and compact. In moderate rainfall, it successfully keeps the rain off. Due to the poor quality of the stakes included and the ties not much better, this deserves a point deduction. In terms of the tarp itself, I would rate it at five Please edit
I'm going to say I should rate this five stars after I use it for a few months. While the stakes are still not good, I have been kept dry and sheltered despite heavy winds and November rains thanks to the tarp.
With this rain fly, you will have an easy time setting it up, it is completely waterproof, it dries quickly and it compacts Having had to contend with heavy plastic tarps for years, which take up too much space and are loud, I was extremely pleased with my experience with my tarp. This is a great product! For 3 days, it rained heavily and none of the rainwater reached the surface.
I used the rain fly while camping in a hammock. There was no rain fly that was not I used it while camping in a storm with a lot of wind that made it heavier, but that shielded me very well from the elements. There are long lengths of paracord included in this kit, plus the tabs and grommets are attached properly. There is one slight complaint I have, however, which is that the tent stakes are not of the best quality and I bent quite a few of them when it was first used in soft As well, gravelly or rocky areas are of no use to them I had to replace tent stakes with something sturdier at a gravelly campsite (see picture below). I recommend purchasing a rain fly with the caveat that better quality tent stakes should be purchased.
Using it over my hammock is what motivated me to purchase the rain fly. There was something very appealing to me about the fact that it was not made of poly but a fabric rain fly. There appears to be enough strength in the tabs that secure it. It's fair to say that I have been relatively gentle on them as that was always my issue with poly tarps give them any reasonable tension and the grommets will rip The rain fly was quite good value for the price. Considering that it was a fabric tarp, it was extremely inexpensive. I find the ropes that come with the kit to be a bit too long for the application style I use, but all in all, it's probably best that they are so they can be used in many different ways. Rain fly repels water very well, dries quickly in the sun, and dried fast when in the rain. The next day, when packing up, this is definitely a plus. The underside of the watch is made of a silver-colored material, which I found interesting. The high visibility side could be used in an emergency situation as a signal or high visibility material. The stakes that come with the rain fly are of lesser quality and do not withstand a pounding in harder ground. If I had to choose just one complaint about the rain fly, it would be that the stakes are of low quality and do not stand up to a beating. As a result, I would say to be careful or to buy higher quality ones there. The rain fly I have purchased is a great purchase in my opinion.
The fact that we have an American business whose mission is to strengthen the Chinese economy is awesome, isn't it?.
This fabric is an excellent choice for car camping due to its lightness (it is not ultra light, but is compact and offers plenty of room for the car). It proved to be durable Ideally, I would like to see this with a double reinforced fabric and double stitching in the corners and center, as I'm not certain how long it will last I'm not a fan of seeing the stitching through the day light. In which case I might go ahead and add duck tape to be on the safe side, so it really lasts a long time. I'm probably going to stick a tennis ball at the end of the center pole since it's not sharp. The tent stakes are a total waste of money. If you are going anywhere, make sure you have some good ones with you. I was lucky enough to have some solid inexpensive ones from my camping partners. It took me a while to decide on the size and I finally decided on the smaller 10' that looked good off the sides of the car but wasn't big enough to fit fully around a small 1-volume book. It can hold two people and has a popup design. The tent had a much better chance of staying dry and insulated with it. Whether to get the same one in the larger size or opt for another more expensive brand is a question I am contemplating All in all, I'm very pleased with this tarp for its price of $29!.
Over the course of a year, I camp off the grid around 20+ times on my adventure motorcycle. In recent months, I have abandoned the tent in favor of My previous experience with thunderstorms was to pack my tent for the unexpected As a result, I can pack the rain fly instead of the tent, saving space and money. Compared to similar products for upwards of $100, the tarp is a great value for its price. A few things to keep in mind are size and weight. I should be able to use it for many nights to come as it is easy to use. One complaint would be that it was not a full foot long.
It has not yet been tested in the field, but I am confident that it is a good value after setting it up in the backyard to see what it is capable of. I am very impressed with the quality of this tarp There was double stitching around the entire edge, reinforced fabric at every loop and grommet, reflective fabric lined the inside, and many mounting points on the outside. Paracord varieties) but they feature rugged plastic friction slides for quick adjustment and long enough ropes to use corner poles if desired. It would be difficult to set up a campsite in the Appalachians or the Southwest using the six (6) provided aluminum stakes, but anyone who has ever camped in the Appalachians or in the West will know how to adapt (hopefully). I definitely recommend it.
