The original review I wrote about these poles was negative. Short version I am uniquely qualified to review this product, as I have actually guided in the wilderness for over 25 years AND I have been rigging since 1984. In addition, "burning man" camping is one of my favorite pastimes. The closest thing to MacGuyver I possess is a * I rigged these poles at an angle outriggers to my Moss Guide Outfitter Wing setup to get the best results. This was at Scofield Reservoir, a Utah reservoir. These poles snapped as soon as they touched the ground. My wing and original poles were fine. Breaks should be free of debris. I was angry, as you can imagine. However, a note. David from Garden Pro did a great job taking care of me and I feel very good about using these poles in a much lighter I was given the option of either a refund or replacement without hesitation from him. I highly recommend it! With an 85lb weight rating, they currently hold the top position among all the companies I evaluated. From the moment they are taken out of their carrying case, it's easy to notice the quality of construction. Keeping everything in one place and taking up little space is the benefit of the carrying case. For the size of tarp that will be used, there is a place inside the case to add additional tie downs and stakes. The life warranty is a sign that the quality assurance is backed for a lifetime, so you're sure not to be disappointed! *
I bought the other brand prior to this one and returned them as soon as they arrived because they were not up to this level of quality. My order was based solely on the weight rating, the quality, and the (Those other competitors didn't stand up to those on any level. They only offer a 35lb weight limit and a one year warranty, which may indicate the quality of their product will not last longer than a poles surpass my expectations for durability and adjustability! The length of my arms can be extended and retracted exactly to my liking. It is easy to fit my tarp grommets with these tips After I remove the protective tip cap from the pole, I can insert the tip through the grommet, and reattach the tip cap to the tip of the pole so it is held securely in place by I love it. This is the first time I have used Garden V Pros and I am extremely pleased.

Immediately after receiving the poles, I presented the poles to my wife. We discussed why I bought them It looks like the poles are of high quality and feel like they are as well. My thoughts at the time were as follows. My disappointment was heightened when the rubber strap holding the rounded tip to the pole broke as I attempted to show my wife the optional way to use the pole either through a grommet or by using the rounded tip on the pole to raise the center of a tarp or tent. What happened to me was explained in an email sent to the company. My email was answered directly by the owner of the company within two hours, who immediately took responsibility for the problem, offered to make an improvement, and even sent me a complete set of replacement My goodness, that was fast! I received the replacement poles in such a short time and I was amazed by how quickly the owner resolved the issue. It is refreshing to know that. The seller is very reliable and I would highly recommend them.

It has so far been a great product. A five day camping trip is the only time it has been used. I installed my picnic table tarp measuring 12' x 14' over the picnic table to protect it from rain and sun. A strong thunderstorm lasted 16 hours straight but the poles held up well. The adjustment system was easy to use and held firm. There is only one problem and it is that the rubber tip protectors are very hard to put on and take There's a lot of friction between them. The difficulty will probably decrease over time as they are used more often. I am very satisfied with the overall experience.
