If I had the option, I'd give it a low rating. THIS IS NOT A GENUINE BAOFENG 3800mAh BATTERY! I wouldn't know the difference if I didn't work in the radio industry and didn't know how a real 3800mAh Baofeng battery felt. Yes, they could call it whatever kind of battery they want if they didn't have the Baofeng sticker on them, but they don't.
I have over a dozen Baofengs in my collection. Instead of using the OEM battery, Tidradio has purchased these high mAh batteries for all of their radios. With an average full charge of three hours, I get excellent talk time and days of standby time. 4 hrs. Because they're LiION, they'll keep their charge for a long time and can be recharged over 250 times.
Don't come crying to me if you buy UV5Rs without purchasing backup batteries. I'm confident you'll forget to turn off your radio and find yourself in need of a new battery. I keep a UV5R in each backpack, as well as at least two backup batteries. You'll be grateful you purchased extras if you get lost or injured in the woods.

Without having to purchase an expensive tester, I was able to determine the actual capacity of the batteries I received in a non-destructive manner. I'd like to verify mine because there are several videos showing this type of battery being disassembled and revealing that the actual capacity of the battery packs inside is much lower than advertised.

I asked about RA and received a positive response. I had to shave a couple of knobs off the bottom of the radio because it worked perfectly as described.
More power means longer battery life. br>For on-the-go charging, I recommend the USB charging cable.
I had ordered the radios a long time ago, but after doing some more research, I discovered some great accessories, the extended batteries being number one on that list; they have excellent battery use life and standby, and I was very impressed; I plan on purchasing more radios and extended life batteries.
