If all you need is the pen and the glass breaker and flashlight, then this is fine; however, all of the other accessories will have to be carried separately because they are not included with the pen. To remove the small letter opener blade (which comes pre-installed), you'll need a small pair of needlenose pliers. Because it won't budge if you just use your fingers, it's installed on the pen. Since you're grabbing it by the blade, I strongly advise against it! A true EDC comes with all of the accessories built into the pen (or whatever tool you've chosen), so you should never have to carry them separately. That way, they'll just get lost! Sorry, but I'm going to have to return this and order something else.

This tactical pen is an excellent investment. To be honest, I didn't expect the flash light to be particularly bright, but I was greatly mistaken. The pen includes three flashlight batteries, two ink replacements, and a variety of interchangeable tools (e. g. , a magnifying glass). knives, screwdrivers, and bottle openers). The pen is simple to use and comes with a diagram that shows where you should store the tools you want to keep inside. In addition, the packaging was excellent and well-protected. It's packaged in a form-fitting box. On the inside, there is a styrofoam-like material to protect the pen and other tools from damage during transportation. I'm glad I purchased this pen, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable EDC pen.

I had not anticipated liking this pen as much as I do. Those who read other reviews will notice that the majority of them are incorrect. If two of the bits are kept upsidedown and one in the holder, you can carry up to three bits in the pen. They are correct in that you cannot carry all five bits and two blades inside the pen, and it is unrealistic to expect that you can. I've already tweaked mine to make it a little more unique, but I haven't yet put the glass breaker to the test. Everything else about this pen is incredibly well-made, and I'm not even joking when I say that whoever designed it is a wizard. br>If you're going to carry it around with you, make sure you have plenty of room in your pockets. br>The rest of the reviews are accurate, but I can't guarantee that your father will enjoy it as much as the description suggests or as much as I do.

Don't get me wrong, this isn't a Leatherman, but it's pretty cool nonetheless. It's ideal for use as a car pen. This is a great deal. Try it.

This was a Christmas gift that my husband adored! It's made of durable materials and contains a large number of tools. He keeps it in his truck because there are so many things you can do with it. In an emergency, the window punch comes in handy! It also came with extra parts in case something went wrong! I'm thinking about getting this one as well.

When something tries to be all things to all people, it will fail miserably at all of them. It does have a lot of attachments, but there is no way to keep them all together. It's also a couple of inches longer than a standard pen. That's a big deal when you consider that pens are meant to be kept in pockets.

This was made for the price. br>It is all-in-one. There are no cheap plastic pieces in this metal construction! br>I really like all of the different screwdrivers and blades that come with this fantastic tactical tool. br>I'm going to buy some more to give as gifts!.
