I would consider this Knife to be a little too far-off from the fit or finish I normally expect. It is rough to the touch on both sides of the Damascus folds. marks from a grinder wheel are still visible as they were probably left by someone's hangover from Monday morning, or by Friday after a big night. The rivets have come off as well. It is by no means a tracking knife nor a hunting knife. Please refund me. I would like I was very disappointed with the craftsmanship of this knife. The bag becomes dull as soon as it is removed. The knife itself does not appear to be rusted and is very nice looking, but the handle is not attached well to the blade. My order was damaged. I have been praying that it was a random error on my end. I absolutely love the knife, but I do not want to cut myself on a knife that is falling apart. The comments on the knife are very positive. I would be interested in trading my knife for it.

I wanted to protect the metal and finish. It arrived in oil. There had been contamination, covered in rust.
Dull, blackened metal was overlooked, fine details were not seen. I would not even estimate the quality to be the same As soon as I purchased my first item, I rated it 5 stars. The product that was designed to be the same was sorely missed in all areas.

All the information I wanted was delivered to me without a hitch. As a big guy, I do care about how this will fit in my hand (I'm concerned when I buy knives about this) and the bone itself appears to be in very good condition (as other reviewers have said). Looks like the blade is in good shape. The name of the author looks like Just I wouldn't say it's great, but Despite the attractive photo, it doesn't have the raindrop patterned damascus steel as advertised (a real bummer). Plus, the saw on top of the blade is thicker than the picture shows and less pointed than the one shown. I have not yet tried using it as an actual saw, so I cannot comment on how it performs. When it arrived, the knife was absolutely sharp, and for $60 like this it was an excellent value I had no idea this product was so amazing for 70 bucks! Even at this price point, the sheath was worth the price. Its stitching and quality rank among the best. As I said, I am a big guy so I did not expect the knife to be as big as it was. There are instances where the knife itself jostles a bit within its sheath, but I don't think there's an issue with that. Previously, I paid twice the price for damascus steel knives I thought were half the quality, but they did not have a sheath like this one. My project is very unique, and I cannot wait to show it off to my friends. It was a very impressive experience for me. (It was "running late" for a day but it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. 1) It has a bulky feel. Despite its cheap appearance, it does not feel that way. There is no sign of cheapness.
