Questions & Answers

This knife is deadly, can it kill a zombie?

The problem is that killing them with his knife would be a messy affair. The entire thing is dripping with blood, dead goo, and other things. By using a knife, you can make a spear that will keep you at a

Are there any hard plastic sheaths that go with this knife?

Thank you very much, my dearly beloved An extremely versatile battle utility belt attachment, this bar is fitted with a hard plastic sheath that can be attached in a number of It's good to know that I've made a good choice The bar offers a diverse range of drinks that anyone seeking a cocktail would appreciate This knife is sturdy and easy to use.

A user expressed concerns about the handle's flimsiness and ease of folding. Does this knife hold up well under a lot of use during hunting and camping, or should I look for a more expensive model?

In spite of its weight, the handle does not seem flimsy. There is a lot of strength in this. However, I have not used the knife as part of a camping trip yet, but I am confident it will work fine. It would be a great tool for anyone on a

So when I hunt hogs, do I really need to carry a good knife?

You must hunt with the knife if you are going to use it. It's hard to beat. Dressing after hunting is necessary if you want to do it. It's always good to turn to the old Buck 110 folding hunter. It is impossible for her to do that task with her bulk.

This is a KA- graded review with carry advice
5/5

So to start off, I would rate it as honest and fair This BAR is really good and worth giving 5 stars, even though I prefer the straight edges leather grip version from the USMC. If you've owned a KA-type camera, you know what it's like In short, BAR will know this knife will outlive them in the future, and even their great grand children's great grand children (assuming efficient maintenance is performed). It is impossible to find a better fighting knife/utility knife. We are able to meet your needs. It is unbeatable in terms of price to quality. Is there a better knife? Yes, but they cost so much that you have to sell one of your nuts to get I am K- A BAR lets you keep both of your nuts and provides a personal defense weapon that is both efficient and effective. The pros are Please note An KA-type of camera As a result, all the standard KA-products are BAR-compliant Those who specialize in BAR usually work in this field,- With its excellent grip and long-lasting durability, the Kraton polymer grip will last for generations without any maintenance required*- It is easy to install and durable, and is perfect for mounting your device.
In addition, the serrations are rounded to minimize the chance of hooked objects (cloth, zippers, loose change, etc) getting caught between the blade and the target,
In addition to their functional advantage, serrations also facilitate the synthesis of feather curls (a type of wood shaving) that can be used for In the hard sheath of the cross, there is a loop -a guard that allows the weapon to be carried inverted as the hilt buckle strap is left undone There's no spin on the knife, allowing for easy and reliable throwing without any effort*, and the balance is near perfect at the index finger grip point. It is incredibly durable and can be sharpened with any type of stone, ceramic or diamond*, and it holds its edge long-term and can be sharpened repeatedly for a lifetime. In general, the sheath is very effective in repelling moisture and water. The cons are It's like this Any 1095 CroVan steel exposed to moisture will rust, so it's critical to periodically apply a light coating of oil to all exposed steel - Approximately 0. 25 of a grip is required. Kraton handles are 4 inches shorter than leather (I assume that the weight of the Kraton has caused the grip to be shortened so that the knife balances at the same point as the leather grip), so that is not quite as comfortable for those of us with large hands. There is more sluff with the Kraton grip than with the leather grip. In addition to the serrations making the knife less effective as a combat knife, they can snag, too. With the shorter grip, the knife is more difficult to remove from the hard sheath than when it is in a leather sheath*- Because the hard sheath does not absorb oil like a leather sheath, only the amount of oil applied to the blade before entering the sheath will remain on it (a leather sheath holds oil in place, but the hard sheath does not),*- When the time finally comes to sharpen them, it is a pain to hone them. There's something a bit lacking about the Kraton grip and protective hard case as opposed to the leather grip and leather case. There is such a thing as style. When you want a robust, cheap and reliable fighting/utility knife and sheath that won't fail you, and has already proven itself in battle and survival situations for perhaps countless times in the past 100 years, this is the knife you need. You can take it to the next level by getting the leather USMC version if you are willing to put a little extra money and time into it.

The leather on the USMC knife will turn into a beautiful vintage cherry wood look after a few years, while the polymer knife will stay the same for centuries. As always, make sure to know and abide by However, you are unlikely to run into any legal troubles with this knife. Be polite to any officer of the law who stops you to ask you a question, show respect, and remain calm throughout. Their job is to do what they do. It has been my experience that I have been stopped numerous times by nervous nannies who call There is no difference in the outcome of each encounter In our separate directions, the cops and I bid each other a good day. If you're not planning to use your blade, never draw it in public. The act of showing your cool knife to someone can be interpreted as coercion on a security tape that is scattered with glare. It will be impossible to claim you were threatening anyone if you don't use the knife. Police officers are NOT permitted to have their knives removed in their presence. Make sure you don't remove the knife unless you plan to use it. If an officer asks to see the knife, make sure you avoid removing it. While a cop questions you, an honest officer will not insist that you remove your knife. However, if you absolutely need to remove your knife, you should indicate to the officer that he/she must remove it first. Make sure you act smartly and stay.

There is quality, craftsmanship, and utility in everything we do
5/5

The knife is great. It appears that it will last for a long time (though I'm not sure how I feel about the black coating). The size makes it inconvenient for me as an EDC, but this is a very good size for someone like me who goes around on his knees a lot. purchased the black leather sheath because I prefer it to the one that comes with it. Whether it's for EDC, camping, or even an apocalypse, this blade would be as reliable as any. It is also coated with olive oil to ensure that it stays sharp for longer (and also that the leather sheath remains supple). The pros are Please note I am very happy with the results- Knife of high quality with a sturdy handle - You can use this grip on either a dry or a wet surface. As far as I can tell, each of the grooves is meant for one of your fingers (at least, that's how I hold mine). In comparison with the original stacked leather handle, the Kraton handle will last longer. Because the serrated edge is rounded, it is less likely to snag. Despite the fact that it arrived sharp, I chose to sharpen it even more (it is also easily sharpenable). There is a big pommel (bottom of the handle) which is perfect for bashing things with - With a normal or reverse grip (ice pick), it is comfortable to use
- By having the blade secured in a sheath, you are less likely to have someone grab it by accident. Is a member of the blood grove*- As a result of the drop point tip, it is ideal for self-defense Defending yourself in various situations This is a very useful tool whether you are camping, carrying EDC, or making your own medicines. *Pros defense *Cons Please note It was a little tricky at first to take out the blade from the sheath but they did become easier as I practiced. Please note Sheath is a little heavy, so when I wear it on my belt, it drags my pants backwards and makes it awkward since I have to hold it when getting into and out of my car (I bought the leather sheath and I absolutely In spite of the fact that I am not a lawyer, I have done extensive research on how to use this knife for open-range combat The legal carry limits in California are 49 counties and cities (including Los Angeles County, Oakland, and other cities/counties that have more strict laws AND that do not allow carrying in government, public buildings, or in state In California (except where mentioned earlier), fixed blade knives cannot be carried concealed. This knife may, however, be carried openly on the sheath suspended from the waist if worn above the belt.

Thanks for the There are bars
5/5

It is difficult to predict when you will require a big sharp knife. This KA-BAR knife is available in three sizes. The blade is razor sharp and has a serrated edge on the back of the hilt to make cutting tougher materials easier. It feels very durable but is very comfortable to hold, even though it is more of a rubbery Matte black is a color that never goes out of style, because not only are you not possible to reflect light, but you don't have to worry about your knife glinting when you don't want anyone to find out where you are. It is likely that I would buy another knife of this type or one of its successors in the future. The pros are It has a KA- rating for quality, value, and handling, as well as both standard and serrated edges Cons of BAR Due to the fact that I have none, you have to tell me.

You can give this to all the guys in your family as a wonderful gift
5/5

We have one for the dads and one for the stepfather The father in our family is my father. I am giving this knife to the most impressive and special guy in my family who is either a hunter, prepper, or afficionado of military gear. After the gifts were opened, there were lots of jokes about maybe surviving a zombie apocalypse, but in all seriousness, this is one of the best Christmas gifts EVER,

Knife that is built with full tang. My step dad took it out of the box and exposed it to some hair and said that it left a clear bare patch. I'm not sure if I would recommend other people try that, but it sure gave him something to gnarl The blade is sharp at the factory, but depending on what you intend to use it for, I can see why some might complain that it would need to be sharpened It feels good to hold and there is a nice solid weight to it. You can tell that these are made to last. With knitting hands, I was able to comfortably grip the handle even though I am 29 years old. In the future, I want to get one for my husband so that we can take it camping.
