Yes, the MS straw filters down to zero, in my opinion. 1 micron can remove the vast majority of heavy metals, so it's a good investment!
From the time of purchase, there is a one-year warranty. If you use it, this does not apply. It has a limited life span once opened, depending on how much water it filters, how it is cared for after opening, and how long it has been open.
No, but the User Manual is available to read.
The WS02 versatile water filter is my favorite because it can be used with any type of bottle.

I have yet to put it to use. These were purchased as part of my bug-out bag. As a result, if the world faces a global emergency, I'll be ready. I'll return and write a review after it saves my life. I'm not going to write a review if it doesn't save my life.
When I first opened the bag, I was taken aback by what I found inside. I was expecting LifeStraws and discovered I had purchased a knockoff; I looked up Membrane Solutions and it appears they are a legitimate company. They're a Chinese firm. Several websites claim that they are fantastic; however, they appeared to be paid advertisements. I couldn't find any reviews that I felt were honest, so I recommend that you do your own research. br>br>However, I'm returning these because the pictures of this product that I can find on the internet aren't the same. The product is also not labeled with the Membrane Solutions brand. In addition, I checked the other negative reviews of this item and the box does state that it should be used on fresh water to reduce infection risk (rather than salt water?). Is the water in your bathtub dirty? I'm sorry, but if you don't have enough faith in your product to put your brand name on it and say I have to assume all risk, I'm not going to use it. These were purchased in case of an emergency. When my life is on the line, I won't use a product that you can't stand behind.
Not at all what they said. I tried to drink the urine of my dog, but it was disgusting.
It wasn't at all what they said it was going to be. It's depicted as a filter of the same caliber as a lifestraw, but it isn't. When you get it, there's a big disclaimer on the package that says it's only for fresh water and that the company isn't responsible if you use it incorrectly. It's marketed as a survival device, but it's nothing more than a glorified tap water filter that I wouldn't trust for that purpose.
I drank straight from the river silty with an overflowing mine, and it was delicious!.
It should be in everyone's house and go bag because it's a year's worth of clean water. Multiple.
I strongly advise you to purchase!.
I had these stored away for future use and decided to use one a few days ago; after using, I blew air through the straw to remove any remaining water as instructed, then hung up; a few days later, I tried to use it again and began to drink from it; foam came out, so I spit it out; then I blew the water out of the straw into the water; nothing but gray mold came out? I'd like a refund, but I missed the deadline and had no idea it would happen.
