I really wish I had gotten this a long time ago. When metal water bottles first became popular several years ago, I tried one and didn't care for it. I got into plastic insulated water bottles like the CamelBak PodiumIce because I liked how light they were and how easy they were to drink from. They were also always closed and couldn't spill. But, even with ice, it didn't keep the drink that cold for very long. Now, I'm not sure if the original metal water bottles were like this, or if they've just come a long way, or a combination of both, but I had no idea how cold metal water bottles kept a drink (haven't tried hot drinks yet). It's truly incredible. Even if the bottle is left in direct sunlight for the entire day. I used to avoid metal water bottles because I didn't like how heavy they were and that I'd have to manually open and close the lid every time I filled it up, but I quickly learned that for the benefit of having ice cold water all day from only filling it up once, I don't mind at all, and in fact have come to like the ruggedness of it.

UPDATE: I also purchased the color sky wide mouth 32 oz. They are fantastic. br>br>(White, 64oz)br> I really like it. It's a lot of water, but I'd rather have too much than not enough. I put cold water in the fridge around 7 p. m. , then left it out on a table until 3 p. m. the next day (for a total of 20 hours) and it was still cold! I only needed a water bottle to keep my water cold for about 7 hours, and anything else was a bonus. I'm a big fan of what you've done so far. I like that you can choose from three different spouts. However, avoid putting it in the dishwasher or freezing it.

This was purchased in preparation for a two-week elk hunt. After dinner, I make my coffee and store it in a thermos so it's ready to drink in the morning. I made a pot of water and filled this thermos with it. To seal it, I used a lid with no spout. After 5 hours, I checked the water and it was so hot that my tongue was burned. It was still piping hot three hours later when I checked. It's been 8 hours since I filled the bottle, and it's still too hot to drink! I'm blown away, especially considering how thin the walls are. The metal is a nice thick gauge that isn't too thick. br>br>I'm really impressed with this thermos, especially for the price; I've had thermoses that cost three times as much as this one and they couldn't keep a drink warm for three hours.

I've dropped it, smacked it against a wall, thrown it in a backpack, and it's still in perfect condition. It can keep water cold for up to 24 hours and has kept coffee hot from 4 a. m. to late at night when I dumped it. I also like that it came with three different drinking tops, allowing me to choose the one that best suits the beverage I'm drinking or just feels right.

I can't think of another brand that compares to them; they live up to the hype and are stunning to look at. br>I've been drinking hot tea all day. I've had cold water for more than 12 hours, and it's just made my life better! br>There aren't any leaks, so there's nothing to be concerned about. Cold liquids in a bottle on its side can cause condensation on the outside of the plastic lid, so keep that in mind if using inside a narrow bag.

This was purchased with the intention of keeping water cold throughout the day, and it performs admirably. At 5 p. m. , I still have some ice. 30 p. when it was fully stocked at 6 p. m. 30 a. The various lids appeal to me. Overall, it's a breeze to keep clean. Colors are nice. When it's full, the handle is a little rough on the hand, making it unsuitable for carrying on a long hike; however, that may be my only real criticism. Although it is a little tall for a cup holder, it hasn't tipped over at my work desk. When the lids are closed, they are extremely watertight. In general, I'm very happy with the results.

Because of the vibrant color, we chose this. I was anticipating our daughter's outburst. It's her preferred hue. Her eyes grew wide when she saw that bright, warm, amazing purple in the first box. She had a big smile on her face and was overjoyed. Then she took out the bottle, which was a dull shade lighter than the box and exactly what we had expected. We tested the bottle in various lighting conditions and held it up to the box and the online image, and it was clearly a different, duller shade. We bought one in red for Dad, and the bottles' color matches the color of the box and the color of the website perfectly. Perfect. I'm guessing we just got the one that was a little off color when it left the warehouse. However, it has no bearing on the product's performance. It keeps ice for 24 hours without being opened, as well as ice with water. When we used it with ice and water and drank from it, the ice and water stayed cold for more than 24 hours; we have yet to try it with hot water.
