It's a FRAUD. Such a letdown. It lacks a lip for a paracord handle, and the mouth is too wide to accommodate one. The trademarks are also missing from the bottom, name, and logos. Here are some images for comparison. The green one is a genuine piece of artwork. It's not fair to pay full price for a knockoff.
Make sure you do your homework. This is a fantastic water bottle. I've misplaced a few and had to replace them each time; the product is not a knockoff; I double-checked the specifications with Hydro Flask. The lid has been slightly redesigned. Another reviewer claims it's a fake because the bottle's logo is missing. The sticker had not been taken off by that individual.
It doesn't keep ice; I put ice in my cup an hour ago, and it's already melted almost completely. It's 10 degrees where I am, so it's not a matter of being too hot.
The bottle itself arrived in perfect condition and functions as expected, but the straw lid had a scratch on it that began to peel after a few uses. I thought it was a protective layer at first, but it doesn't appear to be one, and it's now quite noticeable. I expected a higher level of quality control at this price point.
The wide mouth can be a pain to drink from, but the straw feature kept me from spilling.
This product, which was purchased in March of this year, is either a knockoff or Hydro Flask has serious quality control problems. It had been almost four months since we had last seen each other. I bought it to bring two times a week to work. I wash it by hand, so it hasn't been used much. It began chipping three weeks ago and hasn't stopped since. When you consider that the ice melts completely in two hours, this and all other Hydro Flask products are a DO NOT RECOMMEND and DO NOT BUY for me. They're not cheap, and your and my money would be better spent on something else.
Regardless, I placed an order because this color was unavailable in my local stores. It's brand new and has no dents!.
It became difficult to move, and drinking from a bottle or glass with a straw was inconvenient, as the water quickly warmed up. I wanted to be able to lay down, turn my head, and drink, which I was able to do with this! It was great for keeping me hydrated after I gave birth so I could breastfeed! I take it to bed with me as well, and the water stays cold all night! Highlights include: br>br>
- My husband has one, and it has ice after 14/16 hours!
- Straw works well as a sucking agent. br>- Simple to usebr>- Even with the straw closed, a small amount of turned upside down leaks out, but nothing serious. br>- Colors are so pretty!
- The ginger hole/clip holder is one of my favorites. It makes transportation a lot easier. br>- Has a capacity of 2 16 a 9-ounce bottle of waterbr>- It's a little on the heavy side (32 oz), but it's not bad. I wouldn't run with it, but I would walk or do something similar.
