The top of the bottle broke in half the first day after he dropped it from a foot and a half off the ground. Compare that to my Klean Kanteen water bottle, which I've had for more than a decade. It's been to several national parks across the country, and I use it on a daily basis at home. It's been dropped, frozen by accident, and exposed to the sun. It's still working perfectly. br>br>I'm both surprised and disappointed by the product's quality.

We believe in investing in high-quality products, and the Hydroflask is one of them. We've moved away from plastics in our house, and we have a variety of these (from small to large), as well as coffee tumblers. The seller was fantastic, and the item arrived in perfect condition (although it did not come in a gift box).

A sport cap was not included in my purchase. I tore the paper around it before realizing my mistake, and I'm not sure I'll be able to return it now. What a colossal letdown. I should've known better than to purchase it on Amazon.

My Hydro Flask is one of my favorite items. It's the third time I've done it. I've broken two of them in the last few years, but I can't live without one now. I just keep ice water in it all day and refill it several times a day. I can't live without my hydro flask!.

So far, everything appears to be in order with the bottle. The hat is a complete shambles. Apart from leaking on a regular basis, it also broke in half after being dropped once. Half of it was stuck in the bottle after being screwed shut! br>br>At this point, hydroflask should be front and center!.

It was a Christmas present for my daughter, so I bought it. I thought this lid would be different from the other HydroFlask lids we own because she likes the color and brand. I had been correct. it leaks. I haven't been able to figure out how to stop it from leaking. My daughter can still use this one because we have different lids that fit.

This item was supposed to include a sports cap, but it didn't. I have to return the entire package and must purchase a new one. I'm annoyed that it came with the incorrect cap, and the only option I have is to return it and buy another.

The top of the bottle has a dent in it. It appears to be a manufacturer's defect; do not purchase! These bottles should be taken off the shelves and examined by Amazon.
