There are a lot of Size Larges

They were way too big for my beanpole legs since they have really thick lower legs. The Large may work for you, however, if you have really thick lower legs. (I am 6' tall and wear a size 10 boot, by the way. A credit was given for the return, but shipping fees were charged.

This is a good pair of gaiters for the price

I just used them all day hiking in very thick mud and snow. There are grasses. The Velcro did get a little grass on it. I did not get anything in my socks or boots, though they held well.
