I am looking for hinges to fit a model 5284 coleman polylite cooler. Will these work?

To find the hinges I needed, I entered the Coleman model number into the search engine.

The Coleman Extreme dimensions are 1 inch from the center of a hole to the center of a hole on top or bottom. The diameter of the lid is 5" and the diameter from the lid to the bottom is 1". Do you think it will fit 375"?
