It was only the ct10 that was delivered, not the whole bundle. A mistake should have been made in the product options.
In the Approach S40 you will find a Quickfit 20 (Quick Release Band that is 20mm wide). It is fine to use a band that you like if you can find a compatible one. Selected User Reviews For Garmin Approach S40, Stylish GPS Golf Smartwatch, Lightweight With Touchscreen Display, White/Light Gold
There are no problems using the hazards and layout distances, and the display does not reflect much light, so it is easy to read even in hot weather. I just don't know how I'm going to survive! This is a great product!.
The following is not a review of the product but a review of Listed as including the Black S40 with 2 additional CT10 attachments, this "bundle" fits my needs exactly. The S40 I received is silver in color. Attachments for CT10 are not present.
I've had an older model Approach for about 3 seasons now, but I was planning on getting this one instead. The fact that my old one is now a back up makes me happy. My screen on this is very clear in all types of lighting, it's light and is very comfortable to wear when playing on it. There are no mistakes when it comes to accuracy, it locks onto the course very quickly, and a good battery life. I guess it's a habit from the older model). A shot is registered every time you take one By using this feature, you will receive the following message In a highly effective manner. At least 95% of my swings during a round have been automatically detected (that is to say that I have rarely had to manually enter a swing or shot). As soon as you use the watch a couple of times, you will naturally understand its functions. As for the Garmin golf app, it's really good, and I haven't used it thoroughly, but it seems to have recently been improved and upgraded. The only possible criticism is that I am too tired to update today I have one more suggestion for you To do that, the menu options would have to be re-ordered instance, the Last Shot option allows you to apply a last shot Based on my own observations, I Rather than being 5th or 6th on the list while you play, you should be one of the first. I should be able to access Last Shot as soon as I have finished each hole. Since I won't use the scorecard until the hole is complete, I should be able to access it immediately. I was more tempted to mention a suggestion than to criticize. Golfers will love this watch as it works great as a watch and fitness tracker combined. This is a great book!.
At this point, it became a distraction, rather than being helpful. My return was made on 18 after what happened on 18.
The sensor and app work well with my Arccos sensors. I bought one for my wife. I wanted something that would work similarly for my wife. It doesn't pick up your swing very well, and I find that very frustrating. The user interface is difficult to understand and I had to get the hang of it after hours of trying. There are no clear, concise directions on how to do it, and there are no how-to videos on YouTube. Basically what you're left with is two or three rounds of golf on a course you paid for that you make a mess of. It has a pretty poor battery life as well. As for the additional features, such as the count of steps and such, they are useless since they don't use any actual sensors to determine whether you're walking or not. Instead, they go by GPS distance, so following your car during your bike ride will tell you you have The thing is, despite all of the great reviews, I don't find it to be very valuable on the golf course although many people seem to really enjoy it. The same thing can be accomplished with a number of phone apps for way less. There is no point in spending the money on this.
I bought him this to replace it. Although the watch still works, the band is broken and cannot be replaced (boo! The new one is not only used on the golf course, but also often worn around town. In addition to tracking his walking and biking routes, he also tracks his meals. It is nice that he can touch his face. A great feature of the phone is its battery life.
It's a bargain now, but I should have bought it a long time As this is my first golf watch, I am very pleased with my purchase (Garmin S40). Since I have been using it for 4 months, I have been pleased with it. I choose this watch for a golf weekend because it looks great on or off the course, and it is the only watch I take with me. There is a good battery life, it can make it through two rounds but is easy to charge in between rounds since it's so fast to do so. Without the course, the battery life is excellent. I think it lasts for about a week. This is the first time I have seen that watch face. It looks nice (I only briefly tested the battery life). I tried utilizing all the features out of the gate, entering which club I used, recording distances, and scoring putts along with it. I found it overwhelmed and took me away from enjoying the sports. I spent entirely too much time looking down at my watch during my With it tuned back to measures and ranges, I'm able to maintain a consistent score, and of course, optimize it. My laser range finder is no longer required since they are accurate and good enough for me to not carry one. I love being able to see distances to the front and back of the green as I often place more importance on that than the position of the pins. It's also helpful to see hazard distances quickly, that way you can figure out where bunkers and water are, which helps you decide what club to pick. The rangefinder doesn't even need to be taken out of your bag, so it's convenient as well. The manual is one thing you must read. The features are explained, so you know how to access them. If you know the clicks, you can easily obtain the information you need. There has been some complains about the 'locating satellites' taking too long to locate a course, but honestly just start the search when you are 10 minutes from your course, and you will be fine. It will load the course and you can skip it when you are ready to play. I can see the concern if you are wondering if you will miss not having a full map of the hole As far as I am concerned, I only need it when I am playing a course I have never played before. The map on the watch would probably be too small for me, even though it would be quite large. It's hard getting older (and that's a bummer). It is in these cases that I generally have my yardage book on hand or simply open up a free Golf GPS app on my phone and get my perspective on It is a very high-quality watch that I highly recommend, and I suggest you give it a shot if you are on the fence. This is a must-see for anyone. It was my own watch (and no, I didn't buy it from a store. It was not paid for and I wasn't paid for.
