Despite what I purchased being new, it was still in its original packaging.
There is no way for me to Izzo's customer service staff are very helpful, however. There is someone on the other end of the line!
There is an acute idea in the charging cable, but it doesn't work very well since it only connects in one direction and is magnetic. doesn't fit perfectly in the Izzy bag, but it works. Though that is not the normal way to store a gps, so the belt loop is less clever you are most likely to put it on the bottom.

My search for exactly what I needed ended here. The charger cord is securely fastened to the range finder, ensuring they will always be.

was the best purchase I have ever made. Using it is easy, consistent, accurate, and able to be used by anyone. Certainly there are units available with more bells and whistles, but this one works perfectly for getting accurate distances to the front, center, and back of the greens.
