It was nice to go to Zensah. I entered my size on the site and got it before ordering. In order to ensure accuracy, I measured my ankle.
My ankles are in constant pain due to chronic ankle instability. Running is one of the many things I do with them, but I also use them for yoga. Keep your feet on the ground!
One sleeve was in the package. Correct, the package I received had one sleeve.
It's a very durable washing machine as well.

Soccer is one of my favorite sports, so I bought two shirts like this to wear while playing. Playing three games a week has made me prone to ankle sprains since I have been rolling my ankles back and forth my whole life. As I dislike wearing actual ankle braces, I decided to try these as they are comfortable and don't impair my grip. The staff at these guys do not only prevent me from rolling my ankle as frequently, but also reduces the amount of pain and damage it causes when it does, as well as reducing the amount of post-game soreness and boosting my confidence in the game. The inner layers of these gloves are very thin and tight, so they do not affect my touch in any way. The only problem is that since these are so thin and tight they can be easily worn out from pulling them on and off so often, so you have to be very careful to prevent them from ripping. You should also avoid drying them in a dryer, let them air dry instead.
I simply won't use this brace for sports. This being said, the brace does still have In a way. In order to give you a sense of the pain I experience and the methods I am trying to use Three years ago I suffered an ankle break that ended up requiring two surgeries and continues to cause me severe aches and pains today even though it seems to be healing. The size I measured for ankle was a bit big for me, but I ordered the 7 in the size I measured for foot. It is better to wear shoes with five soles. When it feels like my circulation is being cut off, I do not like it. As a small person, you need to be careful. My height and weight indicate that I should have ordered a small, but I ordered a M. I'm 5'3" and 130 pounds. My god what a difference these have made in my life. I am so happy I took the plunge and would recommend them. I wear them daily for support, especially when doing my 2-mile runs. A daily walk of 3 miles. I would definitely recommend this!.
In my feet, I have edema and vascular dysfunction. It seems that these supports don't provide compression to the same extent as others, and they are fairly expensive. It is very difficult for me to get my foot into a shoe with an open toe. As a result, I bought a variety of compression socks that range in length from above ankle to crew length (I have some that are knee high). Closed toe ZyTek, smooth toe crew and Silver Panda will make up my shoe selection. The offer is valid for 15 days A compression of 20 mhg is used. She asked her chiropractor for Zensah because he found it works for him out of all the available options. For now, she won't need this because her ankle has healed. However, she may require it again if I'm very happy with the price and the quality of the product. The fit is a bit tight, so you may want to go up a size. There are many things I like about this sleeve. This is a very good quality product. The color and texture match exactly what is pictured online. I felt loads of support at the front, but it was hard for me to get a snug enough hold on the outside of my ankle (bone) where I need it most. It could be my feet as well since I also felt exactly the same way about a much more expensive compression sleeve. I have quite boney ankles with not much extra padding, so it could be my foot. The sleeve I own is only ever so slightly thinner than the one I own from a more expensive brand. I felt that this sleeve could have used a longer length to offer more coverage than the other.
Several years ago, I was diagnosed with a medical condition that caused my ankle to be extremely weak. I began exploring the option of wearing support sleeves because my left ankle tends to turn outward unless I have something on it with adequate support. I dislike wearing bulky plastic braces and prefer to not wear any kind of support at all. After trying just about every type and brand I've found, this was the first that has worked for me. As a Zensah customer, I am happy with other products, so I decided to give this support sleeve a go. The ankle has not turned on any surface on which I have walked previously, nor have I turned it while wearing shoes that have previously given me trouble. Therefore, this ankle sleeve was (knock on wood) a major success in my world, and I plan on buying a few more.
You'll need to buy two if you're dealing with bilateral ankle pain. If you prefer, you can purchase another pair from another manufacturer for less, providing the same or better support. I have purchased other ankle support pairs providing the same or better support. Of course, I liked the color on this one but the price was too high for one. Thought it was very nice color. The sock rates about 4 stars, but it deducted 1 star due to the description that should reflect that only one sock comes with it.
