Questions & Answers
It's a set of two.
Yes, you'll be fine; they'll leave indentations on your feet at first, but they'll fit perfectly after that. The logos fade quickly, and after a few months of regular use, I'm starting to notice some light wear on the bottoms.
You get both of them. Each leg gets its own pair.
I am the mother of a six-year-old daughter. Using him as a comparison and the material being 50% elastic I'd say a modest amount. Also, keep an eye out for children's sizes.

This is a mismatch. The top edge is extremely tight, but the rest of the ankle support is extremely loose. It says it fits most, and there is no way to choose a different size. According to the Venom size chart, I would wear a size M in any of their other ankle braces. The tags on these indicate that they are a size L. As a result, a size that is too large will provide no support. I imagine the top edge of the brace would be uncomfortable if it fit you in the body of the brace. Very good price - if it is a good fit for you. I'm 5'2" and weigh 115 pounds, and I'm a size 7 in women's shoes.
The material was unpleasant to the touch, especially if you have large feet or ankles. It didn't even come close to fitting around my ankle. I tried them on once and threw them off at the gym because they were so uncomfortable. I was dissatisfied with my purchase, and I wouldn't recommend it for the feel because the material isn't great. I would have returned them if I hadn't washed them and misplaced the packaging. I ended up losing them after about 3 days because I kept putting them aside in my gym bag.
The good: br>For a pair of simple ankle supports, the price is reasonable. Venum's products always look the best, and this one is no exception. It's also very comfortable. The disadvantages: br>br> br>It's a little loose for a support, so if you have foot or ankle issues, you might want something a little more snug. The decal was already peeling off when it arrived (see photo), but since it's just a cosmetic issue, I'm not too bothered. The most serious flaw was that I only received one of the two, despite the fact that they were supposed to be sent together. Fortunately, I only have one problematic ankle, and Amazon customer service was excellent as usual, sending me the missing sleeve. Overall: br>br> br>It's not terrible, but it's not fantastic. I'm not going to buy another ankle brace after this one.
My Muay Thai training began recently. From kicking the heavy bag, I ripped the skin on my insteps open. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes yes, yes yes yes yes yes yes Should be hitting with the shins rather than the instep. I needed something to cover my insteps so that I could keep going to class without leaving a DNA trail all over the place. I placed my order on a Wednesday evening, and they arrived the following afternoon. I wore them to a 90-minute training session and they were perfect for my needs, thanks to Amazon Prime. My ankles also benefit from the compression. I'm a ten-year-old girl who usually wears a size The L/XL is a great fit for a size 5 shoe. Others have reported that the logo peels off after a while, but I didn't have that problem. Even if they did, I'd be unconcerned. For me, function takes precedence over form. After the first 90 minutes of training, photos were taken. There is some scuffing, which is to be expected. These might be a little too expensive. They're more of a $10 product, but considering everything, including the quick shipping, I think it's a good deal.
br>The logo and lettering on this Black/red trim pair fell apart and peeled off after only one wash. br>I have two sets, and the black/white trim ones have held up well so far, even after being thrown in the dryer by accident. br>I'm irritated that the red ones, which cost an extra $5, fell apart so quickly. br>Because I have a size 13 foot, these are a little snug, but not too tight. They support my ankles and do what they're supposed to. I train with them six days a week in kickboxing/mma. br>However, I don't think they'll last long.
The quality, as others have stated, is poor. I wanted to save a few dollars, so I returned them after only two uses. I suppose the snake decal is cool, but it peels almost immediately, and the actual guard is fraying after only two sessions. I go hard, but I'm not Buakaw, no matter how much I wish I was. After two sessions, there's no way a good guard will fray. This was not to my liking, so I returned it and bought something else from a reputable Thai company.
Overall, a good fit and support, but the ankle hole is too small. I let a classmate borrow one, and she had the same issue. We are both a size 8 and a size 6. It's a size 5 in women's, with an ankle sleeve that indicates it's a size large. This is my second set of these; the first set was given to me as a gift. I contacted that person to see if they had the same problem, and they confirmed that the heel section digs into their foot and leaves a bad mark after only 20 minutes of wearing it.
The stitching ends on the bottom of your foot, so after a while, the thicker spot on the bottom of my foot begins to irritate my foot, making it uncomfortable. br>br>Otherwise, good product; don't expect the logo to stick; it's a product made by another company that they simply rebranded with a plastic press-on logo or something.
