This medicine ball is very solid, making it a lot of fun to use. It's a little flatter on top and bottom, which is nice for when you need a little more support. You can also turn it on its side to get the most wiggle out of it. It's easy to manage because the dimensions aren't too large. The only drawback is that a lot of plastic beads came out during unpacking and the first few uses (I assume they're part of the weighting system). They bounce all over the place and are difficult to clean up because a broom simply tosses them around and they keep rolling. The issue appears to have resolved itself after about a week of use.

I just received it, and it appears to be of good quality. A good pumpkin is about the size of a football. I found exactly what I needed.
