That is exactly what we did. There are packs available; yes, they are available. However, only one pack is required for each person. Unless another person is waiting to use the boot, we never use the second pack. Believe me when I say that one pack of ice will ice your foot, especially if you wear the boot and then wrap it in a large towel. The boot will not be warmed by your foot. Ice will be applied to your foot by the boot.

This product has been extremely helpful in relieving the pain in my feet and ankles. I'm a mother of two who spends her days on her feet. My feet are sore at the end of the day, and my ankles throb constantly. This is the ideal way to relax and unwind. It also comes in handy after a workout.
