I have two prices for the ankle brace you are looking at. An individual brace has a low price, a pair of braces has a high price
In the first place, you should not be running if you suffer from chronic ankle disease. I've given you your sign, as a certain Redneck comedian would say, "here it is!"

I am recovering from a bad fall and dislocation and I am looking for a brace that is comfortable enough to wear without giving me heat rashes due to the hot Florida summer weather. God, I finally found one that, with the silicone it has inside it, keeps the brace cool while also helping keep it In addition, I am a teacher and liked how I could wear the braces with a nice dress without having it look very bulky or ugly. My shoes are comfortable to wear with my flats and didn't look bad. As you can see in the picture, they were worn in school's Open House and I loved them. They are definitely a company I would recommend.
This ankle support wrap helps stabilize my ankle. The first time I tried to wrap it, I found it a little tricky, but once I got it going, I was amazed at the efficiency of it. Velcro holds it in place securely, and it can be wrapped as loosely or as tightly as required. A similar method to the old-fashioned Ace wrap and metal clip is now available, but it's easier because it has a strap that wraps around the foot first to keep the foot in place during the wrap. Overall, I am very pleased with the product and I would be happy to recommend it to others.
My scar tissue from a bad sprain bothers me when I run and hike. There is no way to get around it if I use this band. It works for me when I put it over my socks. There is a small area of chewed up fabric on the inside back of my running shoes, but my ankle is more important than the shoe so it is worth it to me. This belt is extremely stable and it can be easily adjusted to tighten or loosen it. The Velcro never lasts on these, so I'm glad they come in a pair.
My ankles are strong and energized by them. They are soft and can be worn with my shoes on when I want tight support for my ankles, while being loose on my legs. I've made several Amazon purchases and this was one of the best.
A friend of mine twisted her ankle and sustained a fracture Despite doing all the necessary things, it didn't really heal properly. The wrap was applied to the ankle for three consecutive days and returned to him the following morning It was very helpful to ice his injury while he rested. A reminder that he was supposed to do these things was also given. It is a great item to have handy for those minor sprains, and I like that it works for my daughter and I.
Although I sprained my ankle a few months ago, and it does not hurt to walk anymore, it sometimes feels tense from weird movements, and when I am hiking it swells up a lot. My ankle was swollen so I wanted a wrap I could take on and off effectively, that would stabilize it while also preventing it from swelling up. I love working with this guy! There are only a few concerns I have Although I wear trail sandals while hiking, it does not bother me that the wool is a little thicker than I would like. There are fuzzy spots where the velcro sticks are attached to the apparel - Try pulling a bit as you go up. Thus far this hasn't caused any issues, and I doubt it will continue to do so, yet it's possible the velcro may lose its elasticity over time.
is a decent fit for someone with a larger foot and ankle than mine, and also that it would.
The ankle brace I purchased can be found here. The ankles in my left foot are buckling and really painful right now. A friend of mine pointed it out to me. My reasoning was that it wouldn't hurt. That was a good decision. My order did not arrive sooner than I expected it to. With its firm support, it eased my issues in a matter of Support is firm, and it does what it says it's going The user interface is easy The only downside is that Vecro stays in place rather tight and it's a little difficult to remove. I still feel that this is a great.
