This compression sleeve has been a good choice for me, as well as a full compression sock - I've been fully satisfied with these products. The ankle is high and the foot is narrow. It is the same brand as CEP
If you have any questions, you should contact customer service. (I recommend getting a smaller size because they will stretch as they age.
My ankles and feet only become swollen when they are wearing mine. It is not my place to answer your question given that I cannot run. Even so, I do not see why you could not use it as many athletes wear compression garments during sporting events.

My ankles are in bad shape. It has broken several times and dislocated several times. In recent years, I have lost all sensation on the top half of my foot between the first and second metatarsals, which is caused by my superficial peroneal nerve. Bonmedico makes a foot compression sleeve I love - I know I'll love it The only problem is that it was made of latex yarn, and since latex yarn and latex itself make my skin fall off, I guess I am allergic to it. Having spent more money now, I have to return it. There is little to no padding on it. There's no need to worry about it being too heavy. When I tried to put it on, it wasn't working - Bonus of major proportions. I have a jacked up, atrophied ankle, so most sleeves have an instep too wide. This sleeve is thin in the wrong places and gives me a good fit. When the product arrived, I was ready to return it since I have been using an arch sleeve for compression where my arm is It's way, way better than the old one. The thought that came to my mind was. Buying it from the start would have been the wisest decision I've ever made.
My ankle was hurting when I first got back into running after some time off. So I bought both the CEP Ankle Support and CEP Ankle Brace. When I run, I prefer CEP's ankle brace to keep my ankles from twisting, and I find it to help with recovery as it provides compression and increases circulation. In fact, I tried using this support for a run, but the compression caused too much blood to pool around the foot area during the run, preventing circulation to the heel and toes during running. An arrow. It is for this reason that I recommend these more for recovery and general support. As an example, if I wear these on days where I'm on my feet all day (not running), I often feel less pain at the end of the day due to the compression and support. I have several items by CEP and have always been satisfied with their quality and performance. Everyone who needs general support around the ankles for normal everyday use should consider this product. The product is great.
When I run, my arches are high and I supinate. During the last year, I have purchased so many braces and shoes that it has been hard to keep up. The 21st of October, 2018 is the date I will be running a marathon. It was necessary for me to have something to help and support I have only been able to keep my foot warm thanks to this sock. It is not 100 percent better, but the support seems to be doing the job so I'm confident I will be able to complete my third It is a great product if you have problems with your ankles!.
When I run agility with my dog at the age of 71, I have awesome stability for the turns and twists.
I use this sock for everyday use and it works well to support my ankles while I work out, mow the lawn, etc. Follow their sizing chart on their website and you'll be fine. When my order came, it said size VI. I ordered a size IV, but the box it came in indicated a size III. After placing an order, I was worried about having to return it, but the sleeve stated that it was a size IV and that it matched the first one I bought, so all is well. A pleasure to care for, and the machine is easy to clean and drip dry.
A few months ago, I had shin splints that made it difficult for me to walk, and my ankles were swollen. I found this product the very next day. In order to prepare for my next race, I purchased these to help prevent my ankles from becoming too tender. They are new to me, so I haven't tried Because my ankle is 8", I decided to go with the size I in order to ensure I have plenty of support. It fits perfectly. It was a bit tight when I tried it on for the first time since I am near the threshold of wearing a Size ll, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who suffers ankle swelling or pain.
Getting them on is hard. The elastic bandage might be a better option for you if you don't have strong hands and your ankle is very swollen. Buy a tape and wrap it by hand to the tightness you prefer if your ankle is very swollen.
It is a single-sleeved top with a trim fit and Wear them when you don't have athletic shoes on.
