I have suffered from ankle issues for the past five years, as have many others It has been six It is impossible to walk 30 minutes every day if your ankle is injured or twisted. I was told by my cardiologist to walk 30 minutes every day. It took me 15 minutes to get 15 minutes of sleep With major pain in my ankle, I walked 20 steps. At the end of 4 I was told to get this sock after five visits to my doctor. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but then again, do you care more about the money or your ankles and feet that need to stand for hours on end? When I wore those socks from the moment I put them on, up until three weeks later, when I went for my follow-up, there was none, actually the only thing that bothered me was pressure pain on the top of my foot after wearing them for 12 hours. The longest stretch was 14 hours. As a matter of fact, I was so impressed that I bought another for my right ankle as well since that ankle was having pains. I asked my doctor why he hadn't suggested it sooner when I was following up. It is not unusual for me to wear between 2 and 3 pairs of Malleo Train Socks every day.
